I really like Jotform AI Agents for how easy it is to set up and use. With my technical background and after testing other drag-and-drop agent builders, I found the initial setup in Jotform especially seamless. The platform’s straightforward interface lets me quickly spin up a workflow automation or a chatbot/AI agent in minutes, without having to write any code. I also see real value in the 24/7 customer support, along with the ability to complete automated workflows end to end without human interference, which are both significant benefits for me. I like that customers can call in anytime and fill out a form by speaking to the agent, which allows me to call back on my schedule. It's very hard to make it structured. We need the option to make it very structured. I want the option to make an agent with a clear structure, where the agent should ask specific questions every time and then wait for results to enter my form. The customization is great. I can even link it to websites, which is very, very handy. It’s already proven its worth with prompt replies to messages from clients. You can also link the knowledge database and train it specifically the way you want, which makes it really useful.

The voice packs are another highlight—there are lots of different voices, and they’re on point. Overall, everything feels very professional. The pricing of the bronze plan for Jolt Form is very, very good, and I think we’re in a good spot with it. The UI is excellent as well—very, very well done.

Some of the text boxes aren’t as long as I’d like for certain types of information. I’ve also noticed it’s going to take a lot more refining to get things really solid, especially around contact forms. Considering JotForm is all about forms, it would be nice to have a better, simple “contact us” form that it can generate quickly whenever someone wants to inquire.
