I use Jotform AI Agents to help fill out my forms when someone inquires about my business. It answers questions so people can get the information I need them to have. It sends me the information I’m looking for, so I don’t have to ask those questions over and over. It makes my life a little easier, and the initial setup was pretty easy. What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I like Jotform AI Agents for its ability to auto-reply to users who comment on our Instagram and Facebook posts. It saves time and boosts user engagement. I find the knowledge base particularly useful as it allows the bot to answer our business-related questions accurately. I appreciate the free tier since it helps our small team manage our social media efficiently without straining our budget, allowing us to focus more on sales. Additionally, the wide range of connectors for almost every social platform is a significant advantage. The setup was easy, and I consider it highly likely to recommend Jotform AI Agents to others. What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

Very straightforward to use for non-technical executives. High-value solutions that are secure, reliable and available 24/7. Our Customer Support agent lets us know immediately if it cannot answer a question, so that we can resolve the issue ASAP. The platform has a slight learning curve. I've noticed it improving over time. For instance, there was a shift in background/text colors once, that was a little difficult to resolve directly. It happened again, and the fix was much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it for 24/7 Customer Support. We trained it on our website and a finite set of documents and charts. It literally holds the knowledge and experience of our team and our protocols, and communicates them clearly to our customers. What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I use Jotform AI Agents for my magic and children's entertainment business, and it's brilliant. The AI agent speaks with my clients to address any problems they might have, makes bookings for me, and updates my calendar. It frees up so much time that I used to spend on bookings, allowing me to do other things. I like how easy it is to use; it's so straightforward. You just type in what you want the agent to do, and it does it. The integrations are incredible, like connecting to my emails and directly linking to my YouTube channel to share videos with clients. "Great AI Agent Features, But Navigation and Mobile App Need Work"

What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

The features that they give for the ai agents. They are also quite generous with tokens for ai and things like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

Even though they are generous, the training still uses tokens. Also, everything is everywhere. For example, why are the Addons in the training tab? Also I think that their mobile app needs a lot of improvement. There should be a way to make the ai slow down their texts etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High Configurability and Ease of Use, with Some Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I have a specialized website with a chatbot that answers very specific questions, and it's working great. Jotform AI Agents solves countless problems, even answering questions I didn't imagine users could have. I find it highly configurable, and being able to train it with specific documents is the most useful for me, especially because I work in a very specific field of knowledge. The simplicity of configuration is a strong point, as it only requires installing it, and that's a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

It happened to me once that it gave wrong answers and was loaded with documentation that included the correct answer. I think it took the answer from the question history and gave me the same answer. What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I like using Jotform AI Agents for organizing my soccer tournaments. It helps with the forms and payments, which is really convenient. I also appreciate that it can talk to the team for me and help answer questions they might have. Messaging on Instagram and making voice calls are other features I find valuable. The knowledge it provides about the tournament gives me confidence and helps teams who want to sign up to understand things more clearly. The initial setup was very easy for me too.
