It saves over 50% of the time screening the candidate. It's very user-friendly, and there is not much time to implement this and get adapted to it. It has AI to create screening steps, screening the candidates and helping to filter the best suitable one with very minimal human intervention. All the initial screening process has been fully automated by AI. Using the Joboro platform has been a great support to us. It significantly reduced the time spent on evaluating applications, as participants were able to complete an aptitude test, eligibility test, and AI interview directly through the system.

We were notified of their results immediately, which made shortlisting much easier. This streamlined approach saved us a great deal of time and manual effort, making the overall selection process far more efficient and saving us over 10 hours of interview time compared to doing it manually. One small suggestion for improvement would be to add an option that allows final data to be automatically exported into csv or Excel sheet file for easier reporting and analysis.
