Requests for support are ignored and not tracked very well. Sales reps soft phones were ported to Twilio to use engage and we aren't getting updates and customers can't connect with their reps. To be fair it's mostly Chiirps fault for activating the numbers for their carrier without warning but moving back to Engage in JobNimbus has also been very painful. I really like the workflows in JobNimbus, especially how organized they are. It's important for me to have all our jobs organized and to know where everything is at, especially because we have a lot of jobs going. I also like the boards a lot. I'm currently exploring the custom fields, and I really like them. They allow me to provide as much information about the job as possible, and everyone can see it. The best part of JobNimbus is how well it integrates with many of the other apps we already use, like Sumoquote, CompanyCam, and Quickbooks.
