I DO NOT LIKE THAT WE CANNOT INTERGRATE PRICING FROM OUR MANUFACTURERS PLATFORMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Workflow but Needs Reporting Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like how JobNimbus is very oriented in helping solve problems. I use several tools like invoicing, work orders, and document uploads to keep track of my insurance scopes. The email feature stands out because it shows when insurance companies or subcontractors open the files, which I find really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

I know you guys have been working on it, but the reporting is still not what I like. It's very picky on where it pulls information from, and I would like to be able to edit all information in the profit tracker and budgeting. I also want to be able to pull a full report without needing an estimate since some of our estimates are done on paper contracts and not just in JobNimbus. Also, the estimate tool is great, but it's probably the least utilized in my company. I would prefer if the reporting could pull from invoices, work orders, and material more than estimates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thanks for the review, Dustin! I've contacted your Account Manager to see how we can get reporting and estimates working better for you. In the meantime, happy to hear we've been a problem-solving partner in your day-to-day business.

"Multiple Quote Options in One Proposal Email—A Big Time-Saver"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like that I can include more than one quote option, like good, better, and best, in a single proposal email, instead of having to send separate emails for each option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

When I have a repeat customer with the same contact information, it tells me I need to create a unique name. To work around it, I’ve been adding extra spaces before the name. I also don’t like that I can’t automatically pass the merchant fee on to the customer for debit card or ACH the same way I can for credit cards. For debit and ACH, I still have to manually add the extra 0.2%. Overall, I’d like a better merchant fee setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thanks for taking the time to share this! We're glad the good/better/best proposals are saving you time. That's exactly how it should work.

We also appreciate you being upfront about what's getting in your way. I've shared both blockers with our product team. If you'd like to talk through your payment setup in the meantime, our support team is happy to help.

Thanks for being part of the JobNimbus crew!

"Affordable CRM with Strong Integrations and Time-Saving Automations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

Job Nimbus allows many integrations. It allows you to integrate and partner with many other platforms by the use of API keys or internal integrations. Also from a price standpoint, it's one of the better CRM's in the roofing industry for affordability. The use of automations is also very helpful and saves us time with follow ups and internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

The support is tough at times and not all of the integrations and automations process smoothly. There's hiccups that causes a lot of issues for us and it's hard for a job Nimbus two at first define and pinpoint which is frustrating. Texting through the job numbers platform is undesirable and not really user-friendly in my opinion and we do not use it. Tasks are also a problem, as if multiple people are assigned to a task if one person clicks it complete it wipes it off everybody's task list, which now basically allows us not to use tasks if more than one person is involved in the task. This for us to create another platform for tasks to use and cost us more money due to the deficiencies with job Nimbus in this feature. Not being able to assign different estimates per sales person within the same job is also a problem since multiple people estimate for one specific project (roofing and siding) and we need to give a credit for that specific estimate to a specific sales person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tyson Hinde of JobNimbus

Tara,

Thank you for taking the time to share this. The detail here is genuinely helpful.

The task completion issue, texting experience, and the estimate-per-sales-rep gap are all fair and specific. Those are real workflow problems and we do not want you having to build around us with additional tools. That feedback will be sent to the right people on our end.

Your CAE is a great place to start if you are willing to talk through any of this in more detail. We are always looking to better understand how we can continue to make things better and would love to connect.

"The Benchmark CRM for Roofing and Exterior Remodeling"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

We've been using JobNimbus for many years and have watched it evolve into what is, in our opinion, the best CRM in the roofing and exterior remodeling industry. As a company that has grown significantly over the years, JobNimbus has been a critical part of our success.

The platform does an excellent job of keeping our sales, production, communication, documents, and financials organized in one place. The integrations continue to improve, and the team behind the software genuinely listens to user feedback and continues to innovate.

No CRM is perfect, but after evaluating other options over the years, we continue to believe JobNimbus offers the best overall value, functionality, and industry-specific tools available. It has helped us manage thousands of projects more efficiently while providing a better experience for both our team and our customers.

If you're a roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling contractor looking for a CRM built specifically for your industry, JobNimbus is the benchmark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

The reality is that any software that is actively improving will experience bumps along the way. For us, the long-term benefits, industry-specific functionality, and overall value have far outweighed the occasional frustrations associated with updates and changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tyson Hinde of JobNimbus

Brian, this genuinely means a lot. Thank you for the kind words and for trusting us to grow with your business over the years.

Reviews like this remind us why we do what we do. Hearing that JobNimbus has been a critical part of your success is exactly what we are here for.

We do not take long term customers for granted and we are committed to continuing to earn that trust. Our team is always looking to talk with customers and better understand how we can continue to make things better. Don't hesitate to reach out.

"JobNimbus Keeps Every Customer and Job Organized in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like having everything related to a customer and job in one place. JobNimbus makes it much easier to track jobs, invoices, payments, notes, documents, and communication without having to search through multiple systems. I also like that it is built specifically for contractors, so the workflow makes sense for our roofing and gutter business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

The biggest thing I dislike about JobNimbus is the limitations with reporting and customization. I would like more flexibility when creating reports, especially for accounts receivable and financial tracking. For example, being able to easily run an A/R aging report that includes the assigned salesperson and customize exactly which fields are exported would save a lot of time. Some tasks require extra steps or workarounds that I feel could be much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thank you for the thoughtful review, and for being a JobNimbus customer! It's great to hear how much time it's saved you. Replacing spreadsheets and giving your office and sales team one shared view of every job is exactly what we built it for.

In regards to reporting, we have good news! We just rebuilt our reporting to solve problems like this, and it's available now in your account. Feel free to poke around in NimbusLabs (go to Settings to find it), or reach out to your Customer Account Executive if you want a quick walkthrough first.

"Solid UX and Highly Customizable Automation with Well-Structured Boards"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I really like the overall structure: the boards and the way contacts, jobs, and work orders are set up. The UX is solid, and the automation options are very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

Calendar: I think it could be so much better. I usually have to go to Google Maps or use other tools for scheduling, because during high season there are a lot of variables to consider when making those decisions. A map view would be a great start, and seeing the proximity of the jobs and the amount of sqs would also really help with scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

The boards structure and how contacts, jobs, and work orders connect is exactly what we designed it for, so it's great to hear that's landing well for you . And thrilled to hear the automation flexibility is pulling its weight too.

The calendar gap makes sense, especially in high season when you're juggling that many moving pieces. A map view with job proximity and square footage is a smart ask. I'll pass this along to our Product Team.

Thanks for the feedback and taking time to leave a review!

"Great Client Visibility, but falls short and tries to push AI in everything."
3.5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

The job board is great for visualizing what's happening with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

There should be a way to search up by Amounts, not JUST job numbers or invoice numbers. It also creates a new "account" in QBO for expenses/income which is annoying because we want all of the information to be in the same space. It would be nice to be able to choose what accounts they go into rather than this. Also Get. Rid. Of. A.I. NOBODY WANTS THIS AND IT'S KILLING THE PLANET. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

We appreciate your feedback on the job board and understand your frustration with the limitations on search options and integration with QBO. Our QuickBooks team is actively working on product updates to help improve sync functions like this, and I will pass along this feedback to them.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review and for being a part of our crew!

"JobNimbus Keeps Everything in One Place—Easy, Reliable, and Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

What I like most about JobNimbus is that it keeps everything in one place and is genuinely easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so our team was able to get up and running without a lot of frustration. It also integrates well with the other tools we use, which saves time and cuts down on duplicate work. We've found it to be reliable, and it's helped us stay more organized and responsive with customers. For a roofing company, it's been well worth the investment because it's improved both our efficiency and the overall customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

Overall, we've had a great experience, but there are still a few areas that could be improved. Some features aren't always where you'd expect them to be, so newer team members can have a bit of a learning curve. There are also times when we'd like more flexibility with reporting and customizing workflows to fit the way our company operates. None of these are deal breakers, but continued improvements to navigation, reporting, and customization would make an already strong platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

We're thrilled to hear that JobNimbus has been easy, reliable, and efficient for your roofing company! It's great to know that the clean and intuitive interface, along with seamless integration with other tools, has improved your team's efficiency and customer experience.

"Customizable and Efficient, Needs Communication Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like JobNimbus for its custom template creation, which is necessary for staying ahead in the industry and avoiding outdated prices or contracts. I also appreciate the seamless team and crew coordination made possible by the communication interface and calendar/task appointment options, which I can use to share with team members. The initial setup of JobNimbus was easy, and these features make it valuable to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

I think the threads section in JobNimbus could be improved. It should be separated entirely into an email communications tab and comments tab to avoid things feeling too bulky or disorganized. The current threads tab holds all communications, and it's not the most user-friendly when trying to separate emails, project-specific notes, and general team or company discussions. I have also used AccuLynx in the past and still prefer their interface and setup, but I need to continue using JobNimbus for specific reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the threads section. It's a fairly new feature that we can continue to tinker with to meet the needs of your business. We'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements to enhance the user experience.
