I appreciate that they’re continuously making updates and refinements to the platform. It’s very easy for non-technical users to navigate, and it also offers a lot of helpful resources. I’m not able to delete anything (products/services, task/note types, workflows, fields, etc.), which makes it hard to keep things clean and organized. There’s also no option to bulk edit or import anything other than contacts. Template customization is very limited, workflow customization is also very limited, and the dashboards/views feel quite restricted. It keeps me organized and on track with my scheduling. Scheduling and ordering material is a breeze, and creating work orders based on my estimates is seamless. I can send these orders straight to my team with all the necessary pricing and details, which saves me time. Creating a material order only takes 2 minutes, freeing me up to be more in the field with customers or training my team. The initial setup of JobNimbus was also a breeze. I like the boards feature, where we can see all of out projects and clients and where they are in the process. Also love the new look of the jobs and the incorporation of sumo quote into estimating. The new estimates are very fast to use and can wirte them up on site and present to the clients. Jobnimbus payments is also super easy and people are able to pat us very easily. We have integrated with sumo quote ad realworks and it has been seamless and quick. With all the features you get, I would say the price we pay is very good and well worth it. Whenever a issue comes up or we have questions the ai chat bot is super helpful and we also able to reach the support staff very quickly if a larger question comes up. More often than not, the updates make the platform more user friendly. They also seek feedback from customers about how to improve the platform. The engage feature for text messaging purposes does not have a great system for notifying you when new messages come in. It's also hard to track subcontractor payments for work orders in a systematized way. It's hard to rely on some of the reporting features for sales metrics and reporting and close ratios.
