**What do you like best about JobArch?**

As a recruiter, I use JobArch for our recruiting purposes. JobArch makes our recruiting search more efficient, and it automates the screening process and saves time spent on screening candidate profiles. Easy to access candidate database for the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle.

**What do you dislike about JobArch?**

So far there are no concerns on this ATS. JobArch is very useful for our recruitment process.

**What problems is JobArch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobArch is very useful for me to post jobs on various websites and source profiles on social media. 
JobArch automatically shortlists applicant profiles using AI to save time in our recruitment process and help us hire the right talent.

**What do you like best about JobArch?**

JobArch is the best ATS to Prescreen the applicants using AI and it saves our time in the screening process. 
It screens the profiles based on the candidate's skills and details mentioned in their application and ranks the candidates to shortlist the right candidates instantly.
Easy to post jobs and social sourcing.

**What do you dislike about JobArch?**

No concerns so far, The features are really amazing!!!

**What problems is JobArch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobArch helps us to prescreen the resume within a defined timeframe and fill open requirements quickly. Easy to find out the best candidates directly using AI and schedule interviews. 
It is easy to find candidates from the database using recruitment filters.
Helps maintain relationships with candidates.

JobArch makes the talent search very easy. It automatically screens the candidates using AI based on their experience, skills, and work exposure. We can easily access the candidates from the database and hire the candiates for the open requirements.

**What do you dislike about JobArch?**

Nothing to say bad about JobArch, need to improve the performance and want more enhancements on the ATS.

**What problems is JobArch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobArch is very useful for the recruitment process to hire the right talent.
Jobs can be easily posted on many job portals and we can easily interview and hire those candidates.
Reduce recruitment time and hiring time.
Easily close requirements within a defined time frame.

To be honest, JobArch is very useful for staffing recruiters like me and it is easy to post jobs and recruit candidates. It automatically screens the profiles and filters out and ranks the candidates based on the skills mentioned in the resume.

**What do you dislike about JobArch?**

There are no cons to this ATS. It is very useful for recruitment.

**What problems is JobArch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobArch automates our screening process and helps to filter out the right candidates based on their skills and experience. So the time we spent for screening is minimized. Easy way to recruit and hire the right candidates.

JobArch automatically identifies and filters applicant profiles, saving recruiters time. 
The best ATS for hiring the best talent available in the job market.
It is easy to post jobs and track the applicants. It is straightforward to hire the actively looking candidates.

**What do you dislike about JobArch?**

Resume parsing doesn't work sometimes, otherwise a very good ATS.

JobArch is very useful to improve the Hiring Process.
Easy to match candidate profiles to open requirements and hire candidates based on their best experience, skills, and knowledge
