## Jitterbit Reviews
  ### 1. Jitterbit: Polished Cloud Studio, Rock-Solid Integrations, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

UI/UX - Jitterbit has put a great of work into their new cloud-based version of Jitterbit Studio. The new version is a substantial leap in quality visually, and has features that make common tasks faster to perform.

Integrations - I have yet to come across something I need to integrate with that Jitterbit lacks. Salesforce, Sage Intacct, etc; it's all there. And if I do come across something that isn't officially supported, the tools are there to build that integration manually.

Performance/Support - Jitterbit has been one of the most stable products we've used. We have very rarely ever had any issues, and the few we have had have been largely self-inflicted. And Jitterbit's support has been quick to respond and helpful in helping us solve the issue.

Pricing - Considering how crucial this product is to our processes, it has been well worth the cost for our company. We haven't found a product that does it better for the price.

AI/Intelligence - While I have more limited experience with this feature, I have used it to some extent recently, and it has been helpful in pulling related information that I need from the documentation.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

This is a harder question to answer. If anything, it's the loss of support for MacOS before Windows for the Jitterbit Studio client app. However, we've known it would happen eventually and are already moving everything to the cloud version.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our vendors send and receive data from SFTP servers. The format is rarely one that we can control, so that data needs to be transformed before it can be consumed by our systems. It also directly integrates with Salesforce and other products that we use, which cuts down on the amount of manual configuration needed.

  ### 2. Fast, Reliable API Integrations Backed by a Strong Support Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Fast, reliable API integrations, Strong support team, quick fixes

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Documentation could be more detailed, Pricing is high for smaller teams

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit connects our CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms so data syncs automatically instead of manual exports/imports. This saves our team several hours a week, reduces data-entry errors, and gives us more real-time visibility into order and customer status across systems.

  ### 3. Jitterbit: Reliably Connecting Our AS/400 ERP to Modern Cloud Applications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andoni A. | Develpment Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The biggest value Jitterbit provides is its ability to bridge the gap between our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP and modern cloud applications. Our ERP is over 20 years old, and replacing it is not currently an option, so having a reliable integration platform is essential.

We use Jitterbit every day to exchange data between our AS/400 ERP, Salesforce, and other business applications. Without it, many of these processes would require custom development or manual file transfers. Instead, data flows automatically and reliably, saving our team a significant amount of time and reducing errors.

Another feature I appreciate is the flexibility of the platform. It supports different integration methods, making it easy to work with databases, APIs, and flat files within the same solution. This has allowed us to modernize our IT landscape while keeping our existing ERP, extending its value without disrupting the business.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit has worked very well for our integration needs, especially when connecting our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP with modern cloud platforms. If I had to suggest improvements, I would focus on the user experience and modernization of the development tools.

The Studio client is powerful, but it feels dated compared to newer integration platforms. A more modern, web-based interface with improved debugging, version control, and collaboration features would make development easier, especially for new users.

I would also like to see more AI-assisted capabilities, such as automatically mapping fields, generating transformation logic, or helping troubleshoot integration errors. These features could significantly reduce development time and simplify maintenance.

Overall, the platform is reliable and delivers a strong return on investment by allowing us to extend the life of our legacy ERP while integrating it with modern applications. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've needed assistance.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Jitterbit, integrating our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP with modern business applications required custom development, manual file exchanges, and a significant amount of maintenance. Every new integration was time-consuming and difficult to scale.

With Jitterbit, we now have a centralized integration platform that connects our ERP with Salesforce and other cloud applications through reliable, automated processes. This has significantly reduced manual work, minimized data entry errors, and made information available across systems much faster.

One of the biggest benefits is that Jitterbit has allowed us to continue leveraging our legacy ERP without having to replace it. Instead of investing in costly redevelopment projects, we can integrate new applications quickly and modernize our IT landscape while keeping our core business system in place. This has saved both development time and implementation costs while improving data consistency across the organization.

  ### 5. Capable, Reliable Integration Platform That Streamlines Data Flows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lais d. | Salesforce and IT Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit is a capable, reliable integration platform that helps streamline data flows and business processes. Although there are a few areas that could be improved—especially usability and the availability of support resources—our overall experience with it has been positive.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There are opportunities to improve the user experience, particularly around documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools. Some processes can feel less intuitive than expected, requiring additional time to diagnose issues or configure more complex integrations. Enhancements in these areas would make the platform even more effective and user-friendly.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit helps solve integration challenges by connecting different systems and automating data exchanges that would otherwise require manual effort or custom development. This has improved the reliability and efficiency of our integrations, reduced data inconsistencies, and enabled faster information flow between platforms. As a result, our teams spend less time on manual processes and troubleshooting, allowing us to focus more on delivering business value and improving the overall customer experience.

  ### 10. Jitterbit Makes Salesforce Integrations Fast, Flexible, and Reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

What I like most about Jitterbit is how it simplifies and accelerates integration work without requiring deep development expertise. As a Salesforce Admin, my focus is on delivering value quickly while maintaining clean, reliable data across systems—and Jitterbit really supports that.
The visual, low-code interface makes it much easier to design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other platforms like ERPs, databases, or cloud applications. Instead of relying heavily on developers, I can build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations myself, which significantly reduces turnaround time for business requests.
Another key benefit is the flexibility Jitterbit provides. Whether it’s real-time API integrations or scheduled batch processes, I can tailor solutions based on business needs without complicating the Salesforce environment. That helps keep the org lean while still extending its capabilities.
I also appreciate the strong data transformation and error-handling features. As an admin, ensuring data integrity is critical, and Jitterbit gives me the tools to validate, map, and monitor data flows effectively, with clear logs and alerts when something goes wrong.
Overall, Jitterbit empowers me to be more self-sufficient, responsive, and strategic in supporting the business—bridging the gap between systems while keeping Salesforce as a reliable source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

From a Salesforce Admin standpoint, one of the main challenges with Jitterbit is that while it’s marketed as low-code, there’s still a learning curve—especially when dealing with more complex integrations. Tasks like advanced transformations or debugging can require a deeper technical understanding than expected, which can slow things down if you don’t have prior integration experience.
Another downside is that troubleshooting isn’t always as intuitive as it could be. While logs are available, identifying the root cause of issues—especially in multi-step integrations—can take time and sometimes feels less user-friendly compared to more modern tools.
I’ve also found that managing and maintaining integrations over time can become a bit cumbersome. For example, version control, documentation, and tracking changes across multiple integrations isn’t always as streamlined as you’d want, which can make long-term support and governance more challenging.
Performance can also be a consideration for large data volumes or near real-time requirements. Depending on how the integration is designed, you may need to spend extra time optimizing processes to ensure they run efficiently and don’t impact business operations.
Overall, while Jitterbit is powerful, it doesn’t completely remove the need for technical expertise, and as a Salesforce Admin, that can sometimes limit how independently and quickly you can deliver more complex solutions.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit solves the challenge of connecting Salesforce with other systems and eliminating data silos. It benefits me by automating data sync, reducing manual effort, improving data accuracy, and enabling faster delivery of integration solutions without heavy developer involvement.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** andrea.zucchini@sebach.it Z. | Impiegato ufficio IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

What I appreciate most about Jitterbit is that it allows me to connect different systems quite easily, without having to build everything from scratch. The interface is intuitive and helps me clearly follow the data flow, especially when I have to manage repetitive integrations. Overall, it saves me time, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to handle automations and transformations, without unnecessarily complicating the process.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The part that convinces me the least is that, when integrations become more complex, it is not always immediately clear where an error originates. Some messages could be clearer and, consequently, debugging sometimes takes longer than expected. Even the interface, although generally convenient, could be more fluid and modern on some screens.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit helps us primarily to reduce manual work between systems that previously required repetitive steps or separate checks. The main advantage, for me, is being able to focus more time on checking the final result and less on the operational activities needed to connect the different platforms.

Using the sandbox for testing environment changes is helpful. Jitterbit also works well with ServiceMax, which we use.

I really like the Jitterbit script. It solves many challenges more efficiently than other low-code solutions. It is also very convenient that the scripting language can be used both for controllers and in transformations. It is efficient and flexible, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Understanding processes and troubleshooting runtime issues can sometimes be difficult because logging from source and target components is missing or hard to find. Troubleshooting problems with local agent installations can be challenging.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Jitterbit, we fill the DWH without custom software, and solve challenges more efficiently than with other low-code solutions. Jitterbit scripts are efficient, flexible, and easy to use in different contexts.

  ### 29. Intuitive for Salesforce, Needs More Cloud Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I use the Jitterbit desktop app for data work and find it quite intuitive once you're familiar with the UI. When creating a new data job via the desktop app, I appreciate being presented with a number of options like query, upsert, insert, update, and delete, and the subsequent steps to configure the job are fairly easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I'd like to understand more about using the cloud/SaaS version of Jitterbit Harmony for managing these data jobs, as that would enable us to decommission some on premises tech which we currently rely on for running the desktop version of Jitterbit

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jitterbit for Salesforce data queries, extracts, and upserts. It solves problems by enabling easy bulk data jobs and automating e-invoicing processes.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The Jitterbit team has been responsive to requests for support

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Suffers from what I think most citizen development tools do: the pieces accessible to non technical people aren't complex enough to build robust systems, and the pieces that are too complex for non technical people don't provide enough for those looking for a true dev tool.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get data from our ERP system into Salesforce for Customer Service to be able to access

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Thank you for the feedback, and we're happy to hear that our support team has been responsive to your requests. ### 37. Enhanced Services Stand Out, But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

What I appreciate most about Jitterbit is its enhanced services and capabilities to automate processes.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

What I like least about Jitterbit is that the platorm can get expensive depending how many subscriptions are needed.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit works well with Salesforce, making it easier for us to address challenges related to reporting and tracking.

  ### 38. Exceptional Scalability and Support That Empower Our Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob S. | SAP Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit serves as a robust communications hub, offering impressive scalability to handle varying workloads. For instance, we deploy multiple on-premise agents across several servers, which helps distribute the load efficiently. As a result, even during periods of heavy usage, response times remain strong. Additionally, Jitterbit provides web-based agents hosted on their platform, further enhancing scalability as demand increases.

The ETL functions and logic are both powerful and highly programmable, giving us the flexibility to implement complex processes as needed. In cases where operations fail—such as due to environmental issues like remote network file share or remote host problems—Jitterbit allows us to retry those failed operations. Our ETL processes are set up to automatically attempt a failed operation up to three times, and if it still does not succeed, an alert is sent to a designated group.

One aspect that has truly stood out to everyone on our team is the exceptional dedication of Jitterbit's support staff. They have consistently gone above and beyond, even staying with us for hours to resolve issues. This level of support has given us the confidence to experiment and try new things, knowing that Jitterbit’s team will be there to assist whenever we need help.

Robust documentation is easily accessible online.

They also have thorough training at their Jitterbit University website, making learning operation and development of Jitterbit easier.

Jitterbit has become a reliable and critical piece of our infrastructure that we depend on to ease communication between systems.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The pricing model is based mostly on how many endpoints the customer uses. So every time you add a new system the cost goes up. We've been using Jitterbit for several years and have added several systems to Jitterbit. What was once a modest investment has become much more significant. This has discouraged us from implementing Jitterbit in as many places as we could.

There was a steep learning curve in developing on Jitterbit and using their development platform, Jitterbit Studio. This can be mitigated with their online training, but it was tough going for a while.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a centralized communication hub has greatly simplified our environment. Rather than having to understand how each individual system interacts with the others, we now only need to ensure that each one can connect to Jitterbit. This approach has brought a standardization to intersystem communications.

  ### 39. Easy to work with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Fast response from support, ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Price point increase for additional endpoints

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our ERP to our Salesforce org to have a better view of cash flow

  ### 40. Reliable, Low-Code Integration That Simplifies Complex Workflows

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angitha S. | Business System Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit provides a clear, low-code interface that makes it easy to build and manage complex workflows, allowing us to integrate our applications like Momentus, HubSpot, WorkAxle, and HR's system efficiently. Its robust error handling and logging make it highly reliable for business-critical processes. We’ve never experienced any downtime with Jitterbit, which gives us great confidence in its stability. Appreciate how it simplifies automation, reducing manual work, and ensures smooth data flow across systems.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

We found it challenging to get assistance when developing internal applications, especially for more complex workflows. There isn’t much reference material available online or in Jitterbit University for advanced use cases, which can make troubleshooting or implementing custom logic a bit difficult.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By integrating applications like Momentus, HubSpot, WorkAxle, and our HR system, it eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures accurate, timely information across platforms

  ### 41. My experience on jitterbit

The customer support is fast and efficient

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There's is no debug mode in the development tool

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Apis for our website and customers.
Many Jobs to exchange data between our applications.

  ### 43. Effortless Integrations with Jitterbit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankur B. | Director of Software Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit has truly transformed the way we used to handle integrations. The platform’s ease of use, combined with its powerful transaction engine, makes connecting systems and managing data flows incredibly smooth. I especially appreciate the intuitive drag-and-drop interface and how quickly we can build and deploy integrations without extensive coding. It’s reliable, efficient, and has significantly improved our productivity — an outstanding tool for any organization looking to streamline their integration processes.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit can expand their auditing and logging framework.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit is our enterprise integration platform, managing over 100 APIs and supporting millions of transactions every month. Its robust framework enables us to handle all types of integration use cases — on-premise, cloud-to-cloud, and cloud-to-on-premise — with reliability and efficiency.

  ### 44. Effortless Data Integration, But Needs Better Error Alerts for Salesforce side failures

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Sr Director, Salesforce Administration, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit lets us connect data easily between different sources of truth to where the data needs to be copied. I use it to schedule Salesforce processes, without using Scheduled Apex or Time-Based Flows. Jobs can query data and pull records that need processing based on a long term time requirement without clogging up Salesforce. I also run aggregate queries to push data aggregations back to Salesforce for easier reporting. Jitterbit has a short learning curve, and can be stood up immediately. Support is readily available and helped me get past the learning curve issues quickly so I could put Jitterbit to work. And the pricing model works for our use cases. I dozens of jobs running hourly, others daily, others less frequently. Ultimately Jitterbit gives me the tools I need to integrate external data, and manage data and processes within my Salesforce orgs.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

A Jitterbit job will succeed, but the individual record updates in Salesforce may fail, and there is no easy way to send alerts when a data update/upsert/insert fails. We instead have to create audit reports in Salesforce to look for anomalies that should have been handled by Jitterbit, and would prefer Jitterbit update their Salesforce actions to include a declarative way to handle Salesforce side failures.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Fully Automatic Data Loads to Salesforce - pulls data from SFTP and pushes to Salesforce
* Data syncing between Salesforce objects - replaces the need for roll up summary fields for some of my use cases
* Process scheduling - queries records that need processing, or for which flow may have blipped and not run, auto-audits my processes
* Data aggregation - in lieu of using Reporting Snapshots, which have a limit on how many records/rows can be aggregated, I will use aggregate queries instead to push data back to an aggregate object

  ### 45. Reliable Integration with Strong Support, But UI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc K.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I appreciate how Jitterbit provides a stable integration layer between many of our core applications, ensuring business continuity by securely connecting our data sources. The support received during the implementation was particularly helpful, especially in working out initial integrations, which suggests a strong customer service experience. The setup process was relatively straightforward, and overall, my experience with Jitterbit has been pretty good. I also find the monitoring integration, ease of use, and continuous support to be some of the most useful features of Jitterbit. Furthermore, Jitterbit's support and account management are significant factors that would influence my decision to purchase their services again.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I find the complexity of navigating the UI and the ease of upgrades to be challenging.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit provides an integration layer between our core applications, offering a stable way of connecting data sources to ensure business continuity.

  ### 46. Easy to use integration tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric Savery E. | Principal Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Easy to implement and use. We are integrating data from and to multiple systems using scheduled jobs daily. It has all of the features needed to perform the implementations we needed.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Some integrations require much deeper understanding of other technologies that you might be trying to integrate with.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating multiple dissimilar systems and helping normalize or transform the data as needed.

  ### 47. Outstanding Support and Essential to Our Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Our team has consistently enjoyed great success partnering with Jitterbit, thanks to their outstanding support team. They're always responsive, proactive in spotting potential issues, and quick to deliver tailored solutions that keep us moving forward. Even when we've hit a few roadblocks, their guidance has been invaluable in getting us back on track. We're truly grateful for that level of dedication. The Harmony Enterprise Subscription has become a cornerstone of our daily operations, and we're thrilled to keep it as a key part of our toolkit with our annual renewals.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There is nothing to dislike about a support team willing to work out issues and find alternative solutions. If we have issues with Jitterbit, we feel confident that we can bring them to their attention and they'll be responsive.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrates our legacy systems seamlessly.

  ### 48. Simple and Satisfying Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfredo S. | VP of Information Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Ease of building and managing integrations through the eicloud interface — the UI is intuitive enough for experienced IT teams to work efficiently.

Robust EDI capabilities and connectors, which simplified onboarding of trading partners and reduced the need for heavy custom development.

Responsive support team that has provided helpful guidance during migrations and complex mapping scenarios.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The trading partner customer and item translation features could be enhanced for greater flexibility.
Additionally, expanding the available processes within the documents window would improve usability and streamline operations.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve used Jitterbit to replace legacy EDI systems, consolidate integrations under one platform, and improve reliability and visibility across order, shipment, and inventory flows.
The automation has significantly reduced manual touchpoints and errors, allowing our team to focus on strategic work rather than routine data handling.

  ### 49. User-Friendly Jitterbit UI Makes Complex Integrations Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J.R. H. | Director of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The Jitterbit UI is very user friendly while still allowing for configuring complex integrations which is often a difficult balance. The systems that I need to connect to each other are often complex and require various transformations and workflows that without Jitterbit would take me a significant amount of time to build.
When I reach out to the support team for anything I am struggling with, the response is done in a timely manner and always points me in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There really aren't any mentionable negatives. Most of the issues I have encountered is with the system I am trying to connect to rather than Jitterbit.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my company, we build Supply Chain Software and frequently need to integrate with our customers' systems, which can vary greatly from one client to the next. Jitterbit has made it much easier to streamline these integrations, allowing us to get clients operational in a shorter amount of time. This improvement has led to reduced project timelines and has enabled our customers to achieve a faster return on investment from our software.

  ### 50. A staple of my daily routine
