"Effortless Time Tracking for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I love how easy Jibble is to use, especially since it's free. The interface is amazing and simple to navigate. I also really appreciate the report feature and the invoicing capability. It really helps me keep a bunch of paperwork off my desk and organize it online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I think it would be helpful if Jibble could allow me to put all the workers' hours into the invoice so I don't have to enter individual hours. Other than that, just keep upgrading it to make it better, they're already doing good as is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Time Tracking with Geolocation and a Handy Online Dashboard"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

Jibble has good time-tracking features. I can use geo location, and I am using it for over 50 users all for free. It's easily accessible from anywhere with the online dashboard. It's easy to setup and easy for my users to use. It even allows you to clock people in manually or edit time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

The name is funny when recommending it to people. But other than that, it performs exactly as i need it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Clean UI—Great for Remote Teams! My team is based in Mexico!"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

It was easy to set up and the user interface is clean and easy to use. Especially for my remote workers in Mexico.

I like the ability to install a extension on chrome and sign in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I thought for holiday events the hours are automatically accounted for but they are not in the timesheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jibble: Easy and Efficient Staff Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I really appreciate Jibble's ease of use, even for staff who aren't tech-savvy, as it's simple and fast. The mobile app runs smoothly and quickly, even on inexpensive Android phones. The location detection is accurate, which is crucial for us, as many staff members work in the field and need to clock in and out at various locations. I find the exporting of time sheets very effective for sending to HR for payroll purposes. It's also really easy to add new members; I just send them an email to sign up. The setup for the software barely took me thirty minutes, which is quite convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I want a physical, easy-to-use UI that people can easily tap to clock in. It'd be great if one device, used for multiple purposes, could handle Jibble as well but still maintain security. We're looking for options to support different members with security needs, though we haven't explored the software fully yet. Also, I'd love to see third-party integrations, like WhatsApp or Slack, to get notifications for clock-ins and outs. For those not tech-savvy or without mobile phones, it'd be useful to have a computer or tablet in-store for physical clock-ins and outs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional Time Tracker, Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I use Jibble to track my engagement time while doing a job with Turing. What I like most is that I can stop the time when I'm taking a break, which helps me calculate the exact hours I'm working on a project. It's a professional time tracker, and that's what's most helpful for my work. The initial setup was very easy. I also use it with Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There should be a auto off sensor as sometimes I forget to press the stop button while I am taking a break. Like if my laptop in sleep mode, the auto off mode should be on. It should be embedded in Jibble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great UI/UX and Intuitive Experience"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

Great UI/UX. It’s easy to use because it’s very user-friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There’s no Jira or Git integration, and it doesn’t align with Sprint or Kanban workflows. Reporting also feels rigid and limited, which makes it harder to get the views and insights I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile for Contractor Management, Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I appreciate Jibble for its real-time customization, which allows it to adapt to our company's needs. It integrates well into other systems and supports timezone adaptations, different groups, projects, and activity features. The end-of-month reconciliation feature is particularly useful for me as it automates reports that I send to my vendors as proof of timesheets and work. Switching from Clockify to Jibble was mainly due to its functionality and cost-effectiveness. The initial setup of Jibble was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

There could be a better collaboration between users and admin, like providing a Q&A section and integrating with Slack. This might exist, but I haven't tried finding it yet. An integration with Slack would help make my collaboration there tie into the tool, so workers could immediately click and complete tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Timesheet Management with Room for UI Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I really like how Jibble is easy to use for our time sheets. My employees can just log in without needing any training, which is a huge time-saver for me. I was able to simply send them invitations, point them to the existing training on the website, and they were able to enter their time without any issues. This ease of use stands out, especially compared to previous systems where I had to invest time to train everyone. The time sheet functions are really useful, and I appreciate that I can easily edit them and view previous versions, which helps with tracking any changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I think the most the thing that could really be improved is sort of the user interface when exporting time sheets. It's kind of a little bit clunky. We would like it if there were more options for what we need to export. So, specifically, for our business, all we actually need are the hours, date hours were completed, and then what job numbers or project numbers each one is attached to. When we export, we have to make sure to export detail, check all of the option buttons, and it gives us many extra boxes that are mostly empty because we do not need them nor enter data for them. And when we try to print the generated report, it doesn't print out on one page. Instead it is a long, landscape Excel sheet that needs to be edited down by deleting around 50% of it. "Efficient Time Tracker, Needs Intuitive Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like Jibble for its easy time tracking, including the ability to switch between projects and activities, and its calculation of total payable hours. The snapshots of weekly and monthly logged time are particularly helpful, allowing me to easily see if I've logged a total of 40 hours a week or not. I also appreciate the convenience of approving timesheets and having easy access to report or add logged hours from a previous day. The initial setup was easy, which is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

Overall Jibble works well for me, but the reporting and time entry can be more intuitive. I'd like a more detailed and customizable dashboard. Also, while the initial setup was easy, it took me some time to locate projects and activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
