I like that Jibble has an employee self-service portal where employees can apply for leave and view their payslips. It's convenient that both individuals and managers can use the same portal to view and monitor leave applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the overall calendar could better show the employee leave status. Also, the leave application syncing with Outlook or Teams calendar could be improved.
