Easy to learn and get up to speed quickly. A integration to QBO (still needs a bit of work, but it's helpful). We mainly use activities, Time Off and reporting. The reporting is great, but I'm sad they changed the interface, it makes it a little slower to do the filters for reports. All in all a great value. I really can't remember the app being down, great uptime. Support is mainly chat, but I usually figure out anything with a web search. The team loves the mobile app and we use the geofencing feature. I'm not a fan of AI, so I don't use that feature. I rate it a 10 out of 10.

Jibble has good time-tracking features. I can use geo location, and I am using it for over 50 users all for free. It's easily accessible from anywhere with the online dashboard. It's easy to setup and easy for my users to use. It even allows you to clock people in manually or edit time.
