What do you like best about Jibble?

I really like the support agent provided by Jibble. Jayah has become our go-to person for helping candidates who get stuck while filling out their timesheets, or for sorting out incorrect hours. Jibble has genuinely saved me time and cut down a lot of manual work. The process is simple: talents fill in their own work schedules, and I only need to review and approve them. What do you dislike about Jibble?

There are a couple of areas where Jibble could improve. A specific pain point is the limited number of seats available to unarchive members, which has created issues for us more than once.

I love how user-friendly Jibble is. It's very easy to use, with simple navigation and intuitive buttons, making clocking in and out a breeze. So I think there are certain things which have not worked well. One issue is when a person is working on multiple projects, they have to maintain the details separately. And while downloading, we have to segregate by filters, which can be cumbersome. Also, there's no option to directly share the timesheet with a third party. I have to manually download the sheet and share it with the client, as there's no direct way to give third parties access to look at the timesheet on Jibble. What do you like best about Jibble?

I really like the browser extension since it makes it pretty easy to switch between tasks and keep me focused right from the browser where I do most of my work. It allows me to always access the tracker, which is great because it provides a constant reminder of how long I'm spending on tasks and if I'm switching tasks. What do you dislike about Jibble?

The overall UI is a little bit clunky. The setup wasn't great understanding the differences between activities, projects, and clients. Seemed somewhat unintuitive. And the clock in, clock out system feels a little bit archaic. And overly complicated. It doesn't have some key integrations like Clod or Notion. What do you like best about Jibble?

I find Jibble incredibly easy to use, making it simple for a new employee to start using it from day one. I really appreciate the face and location tracking features as they help prevent the misuse of other attendance methods and eliminate the need for any additional devices since employees can use their own mobiles. I like that Jibble is pretty simple and intuitive to use, which means I don't have to check multiple times a day or mess around with settings. Once it's set, it’s done. It gives me all the necessary information to manage my remote team, like when team members log in and out, their holidays, and overtime details. I appreciate the solid analytics it provides, showing exactly how much someone is working, including overtime, and if they are coming in or out, allowing them to log holidays with ease.
