I’ve been using Jebbit for a while, and it’s been a great tool for collecting first-party data through engaging, interactive campaigns. **What do you like best about Jebbit?**

When covering multiple brands, the Jebbit platform allows us to fully customize each experience based on the brand image and requirements. This opportunity allows us to coordinate with cross functional teams to make sure the user experience is ideal. I love that it's not just cookie cutter copy, and paste templates and I always look forward to implementing The new ideas that the Jebbit team showcases. My support team is hands-down the best! They are always ready to dive in and help figure out a tricky situation or provide context on how to correct common issues.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

Maybe my personalization experiences are a little bit different from others, but I usually find a way to break something and we thankfully you can always use it as a learning experience and make suggestions for future improvements.

The addition of the quizzes and educational experiences that we are able to implement with this platform has increased the amount of actual order value and engagement on the websites and has given us a additional method to capture leads and data and make the user feel like we are talking directly to them.

It is easy to use, its not something that takes too much time and effort to figure out and it creates such great interactive engagement with our audience.

Some of the path building is tricky, you'd have to be advanced to know how to change some things in the builder.

Jebbit isn't hard to use. You don't have to be a tech wiz to figure out the interface. You can build surveys, design and analyze their results all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

The function for toggline between survey questions on the survey tree can be a bit tedious and clunky when navigating between macro and micro views.

Jebbit enables our clients to write-in comments that we can review to improve mobile app and online access tools for them. It also helps us to engage with them around when they are using these tools and their unique use cases.

Drag and drop editor in Jebbit helps us expedite the quiz setup. There are so many options to customize the quiz which provides an attractive interface for users to answer. It also helps us to identify user behavior at personal level and target the audience based on the cluster by using the highly advanced data collection mechanism. It also allow us to connect with other platforms to leverage the data we got using the jebbit quiz

When it comes to the advance level of quiz setup, jebbit is slightly below the mark to fulfill that. While takinga quiz on web is super easy and interactive for the user, it is glitchy when it comes to the mobile web.

- It's super effecient adn seamless to integrate to several 3rd party apps/services. 
- It enables fast & easy implement any digital campaign within days.
- So far, my experience with their support team has been positive. 
- we've been using the service for more than 2 years and nearly on monthly basis we do edits with a positive experience.

- Digital Trials/Couponing engine isn't deep/sophisticated to cater to all needs.

I believe there is still room to make the platform even more easy to use. Although the customer service is outstanding and are always willing to help, I would like to be the one solving the issues as well.

Our brand partnered with Jebbit to create a lifestyle quiz experience to aid in lead capture for a experiential engagement our brand hosted in Los Angeles. Not only was the Jebbit platform tremendously user friendly but their support team was there to help with any hiccups or questions we ran into while building. The quiz continues to be a hit and we are very pleased with the engagement we have recieved from this experience. We will definately be partnering with Jebbit again in the future!

Only major challenge we ran into was around API partner connections. Could be helpful to have more materials to troubleshoot those set ups as they arise

One of the outstanding things about Jebbit is the ease of using the quiz builder, especially where there are so many templates and examples available for brainstorming and scaffolding.

The primary shortcoming of Jebbit quizes arises when trying to interpret the data reports alongside other analytic tool metrics. However, there seems to be a sufficient amount of integration abilities available to bridge this gap during implementation.

Jebbit experiences do increase the level of interaction from users. Once we had someone assigned to our account, they were super helpful.

The tool is zero intuitive. The AI part didn't work very well so building our own experiences proved to be hard. Also, it wasn't possible to implement it in our email platform directly.

The tool can be complicated. When self-serving, it can be difficult to find the correct place to update information, as there are multiple locations that appear to hold the same data.

Their support staff is highly knowledgeable about the tool, which allows them to create quizzes quickly and efficiently while capturing what I need. Time efficiency is the first major benefit, but beyond that, they also bring valuable suggestions and solutions whenever they encounter an issue or blocker. This proactive approach ensures a smoother process and better outcomes overall.

Easy to use platform for designing and launching quizes as well as personalized consumer opt-ins and experiences. Supported some very complex logic jumps with off the shelf functionality.

Tempalted designs were helpful, but 100% custom branded designs required a bit more tweaking than anticipated. Worked well in the en, just a little longer learning curve.

Jebbit is the most customizable yet easy to use experience that I've ever used. The team is extremely nice and will walk you through every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

There are a lot of features on this platform and though it takes a while to get used to all of them, the free courses they offer provided me with a lot of guidance.

**What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our Halloween campaign we wanted to create an interactive experience for our exisitng users in order to curate a list of personalized series recommendation based on their reading preferences. Through Jebbit, we were able to create an interactive quiz that our users loved and increase readership on our platform.

**What do you like best about Jebbit?**

Very helpful team who is there to support you and your use cases along the way to really get the best out of the platform. We personally had a very specific use case in what we were looking to do and we were able to navigate the platform accordingly to accomplish our goals. The volume is still in progress, but the way it brings an app-like experience to any destination without the dev work has been a sleek way to bring the brand to life!

It takes a little bit to get used to the platform, and it can be a little confusing sometimes unless you have the 'tips and tricks' to help get your lay outs right, and it can take some time to develop the experience you want, which was hard when I'm a bit resource constrained for the moment.

We have developed a very specific method in terms of defining our ideal customer segment, and Jebbit's platform has allowed us to capture the data needed in order to process and segment our core customers to drive our insights and decision making.

Capturing very specific insights for our consumer and the capability to shift and adjust the platform in a very flexible and agile way. This gave us the chance to improve our tool and respond to our customer's need pretty quickly.

Not flexible in some ways especially in design. We needed other solutions in outcome page but couldn't find the perfect way to both educate our customers and show them our products in an attractive way

Jebbit helped us to fill some gaps in our consumer understanding by capturing some demographic and behavioural insights via the platform. We also have the opportunity to retarget our consumers with a more personalized asset following their inputs in the Jebbit platform. It also brought our websites to a better UX state and we started to run more quality traffic to our websites. We also connected the experience with some retailers which helped consumer a smoother journey and decrease the frictions in puchasing the product.

The Jebbit Dashboard has a ton of great insight that is easily digestible. Once the quiz is set up, making changes is relatively easy and integration with email & SMS make retargeting a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

The platform tends to have minor bugs every now and then, but the support team is always helpful/hands-on, so fixes for issues don't take too long. I wish the cart/checkout integration with adding products to cart was more customizable as the current options feel confusing for customers or create a bunch of additional landing page visits that seem unnecessary when only wanting to add in a couple of products vs the whole recommendation.

Jebbit allows us to gate the results at the end & integrates with our ESP so we can provide custom codes for each customer, which ultimately helps us grow our email/sms subscriber file in addition to preventing customers sharing discount codes.

Jebbit has enabled our team to re-create the in-store customer experience in the online space through gift finders and foundation matching. One of the most exciting projects we have recently worked on is a data integration with our marketing platform. This integration should enable future campaign personalisation based on customer quiz responses, and this will really elevate our campaigns!

Jebbit's response time is insane. If I have a question, they will reply in at least an hour. Usually, it takes them about 5-15 minutes to answer my question or hop on a call for help. The help team is fantastic, super friendly, and easy to work with.

I would say the console and platform can sometimes be difficult to work with. But that is why the help team is handy because they will solve your problem in a day. I do wish they had more templates and a few more abilities but other than that it's great.

Jebbit has great capabilities to run quizzes on our site. I love how easy it is to work on the logic and different paths and that we can connect it to Klaviyo to collect profile properties and further segment our lists.

The customisation and styling of the quizzes is quite hard to manage - I wish it was easier and we could tweak it even more to make sure it matches our brand guidelines and works well across all devices - padding is specially tricky!

Jebbit is one of the preferred ways for our company to capture high-quality leads. The ability to create a quiz journey single-handedly, without having many stakeholders involved, is the main functionality our team appreciates about Jebbit. Using Jebbit allows us to study customer behavior and draw learnings to focus our marketing strategy on driving high-quality leads that have the potential of becoming long-term customers.

The technical process of creating a quiz can sometimes be a bit janky. For example, when uploading an image of the same product for different outcomes, Jebbit didn't let me do that because the name of the image file was the same. However, upon changing it, the image file was uploaded with no problem. Sometimes it takes me a few times to refresh the page before the edits I'm applying are saved.

All the experience templates are a great place to start, even for those with limited design skills. But my favorite part is the top-notch support team! Adrian, Maryetta & team have all been so helpful, responsive, and awesome. I can't say enough great things about them - they make running into bugs/issues less daunting.

The outcome logic dashboard can sometimes be finicky, especially when using a trackpad on your laptop vs a mouse.
