**What do you like best about BlueConic?**

Drag and drop editor in Jebbit helps us expedite the quiz setup. There are so many options to customize the quiz which provides an attractive interface for users to answer. It also helps us to identify user behavior at personal level and target the audience based on the cluster by using the highly advanced data collection mechanism. It also allow us to connect with other platforms to leverage the data we got using the jebbit quiz

**What do you dislike about BlueConic?**

When it comes to the advance level of quiz setup, jebbit is slightly below the mark to fulfill that. While takinga quiz on web is super easy and interactive for the user, it is glitchy when it comes to the mobile web.

**What problems is BlueConic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us to make our app content more personalized for the community,

Support staff is great – they are knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always well-prepared

**What do you dislike about BlueConic?**

The tool can be complicated. When self-serving, it can be difficult to find the correct place to update information, as there are multiple locations that appear to hold the same data.

**What problems is BlueConic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their support staff is highly knowledgeable about the tool, which allows them to create quizzes quickly and efficiently while capturing what I need. Time efficiency is the first major benefit, but beyond that, they also bring valuable suggestions and solutions whenever they encounter an issue or blocker. This proactive approach ensures a smoother process and better outcomes overall.

Interface is easy to use, and self-explanatory. Customer service has been prompt and helpful, with a wide range of support documentation to help with implementing features such as meta pixel and google tagging.

**What do you dislike about BlueConic?**

Questions around "Consent" seemed difficult to resolve at times.

**What problems is BlueConic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to create custom experiences for our users to help us collect their data
