**Describe the project or task JDLT helped with:**

We needed JDLT to design a client portal.  The purpose. of the portal is to enable  teams within our organisation to share documents with our clients on various projects, and vice versa, in a secure manner.

**What do you like best about JDLT?**

They took the time to get to understand exactly what we were looking for. They also helped us clarify in our own minds what our objectives were.   They were very creative in suggesting ideas that we had not previously thought of,  in terms of the design and functionality of the portal.   They implemented it within the promised timeframe.  The end product was far superior to  those of many of our competitors,  in terms of functionality, usability and design/aesthetics.

**What do you dislike about JDLT?**

There was not really anything that I disliked about the process or the service.

**Recommendations to others considering JDLT:**

I would not hesitate to recommend JDLT and continue to use them for our software development and integration needs.

**What problems is JDLT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to share very sensitive data documents with our clients,  with a first-class portal.  The benefit has been achieving this goal.
