I run a small construction company and I'm basically never at a desk so managing expenses is a nightmare. ExpenseBot changed that because now I snap a photo of a receipt at the store when I make the purchase. It also grabs everything from my Gmail automatically with the receipt scanner, logs my mileage, and maps it all to my Sage 50 Canada GL codes. My accountant gets a clean report he can import straight into the books. No more paper receitps that I used to collect and drive to the bookkeeper. All I had to do was sign in with our google workspace accounts to set it up. We use it everytime we make a purcahse and no longer spend time hunting through glove boxes looking for receipts. So far I haven't had any cause to complain but I did ask for a feature that would allow us to make a mileage trip "roundtrip" so that we didn't have to add 2 trips each time. Customer support added that feature for me so I'm pretty happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
