What I'd like most in IZI Safety facilitates competence training, by allowing workers to access training and safety information on-the-go. It also allows for rapid sharing of lessons learned from near-miss incidents to prevent future accidents. IZI Safety also reduce paper works, efficient in the whole holistic approach of the platform, it's also promoting supports to higher management and co-monitoring from Company to Contractor as this needs to be on site to do the activity with another user e.g. contractor, subcontractor, supplier. I think the least important function to me that needs improvement is the "Offline Function," as the offline function is helpful in some sites that are remote and have no internet connection. This, I think, needs to be improved, as it's like you're using it in the online function. Maybe for improvements the function of sending the "refresher" to the approver immediately, e.g. medical is already expired, training needs re-fresher, this are not triggered to send notification, just you can see that there are personnel that needs refresher or not compliance anymore.
