24/7 support, migration assistance, and a practical approach to technical issues.

More complex server problems still require some knowledge from the customer.

**What problems is IWIHost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IWIHost solved the main limitations we had with shared hosting. We needed more control over the server, predictable resources, and the ability to configure the environment according to our project requirements. With IWIHost, we can choose the operating system, manage the VPS ourselves, and use dedicated resources without moving to a much more expensive dedicated server. The faster NVMe storage has also been useful for database and file operations. Overall, it has made server management more flexible and given us more room to grow as the project becomes more demanding.
