In the 360 search, I love how everything is condensed into one, easy to read page. There are links to sources so you can easily verify. Being able to filter on objects like "name" are so helpful when dealing with common names. I find the real estate tab useful as well. "Smart Search" isn't very smart - useful results seem limited to people who own property in their name. Also (re smart search), it is very annoying that you cannot filter by country and state alone; you are required to input a full address. However, on the second screen of smart search, you are then able to filter results by state. Why not enable that option on the first page of smart search?
