The initial setup was very easy. **What do you dislike about ITS Dispatch?** I really wish the invoicing process could be laid out a bit differently. It would be better if we could minimize the amount of paper used when doing one large invoice to one customer. This is probably the number one complaint, even from customers, about invoicing directly through ITS Dispatch. **What problems is ITS Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ITS Dispatch to communicate with drivers about routes, products, schedules, and loads, improving operational efficiency. ### 2. Also for what you get it is a very inexpensive option. **What do you dislike about ITS Dispatch?** Would be nice if it integrated with more software, for example your ELD. I would like to see additional viewing options on the load board side. Also there are some glitches on the expiries for drivers. If we fail to put in an expiration date (license/medical card) it will show the driver is green and good to go. **What problems is ITS Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It keeps our dispatchers organized. Also it helps us communicate with the drivers. ### 3. My favorite is the load tracking portion and customer notification. You can send a macropint link to the driver for tracking purposes and assign check functions so that your customer gets a notification when load is picked up, in transit and delivered. These functions make freight brokers job a lot better. **What do you dislike about ITS Dispatch?** When creating rate confirmations some fields are limited, I am not sure if this can be fixed but it would generally improve this software. Nowadays it is neccessary to add more details so there should be option for that requirement. **Recommendations to others considering ITS Dispatch:** This software is easy to use, even for a beginner. I recommend it to all freight brokers because it has all the tools necessary to manage their business aspects. **What problems is ITS Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Freight brokerage is a fast-paced environment and requires the tracking of many details. This software helps us keep a hold over all the details. From carrier and customer information, billing information, load details, and so much more. It saves us time and makes us more proactive and productive, which increases our overall revenue. ### 7. We have more than one "open service ticket" with ITS support, and they are several weeks old. Our sense is that they would rather support their own accounting application....which we would have considered had we had any idea the extra work our accounting person would have to put in. Other than having to replicate data entry because of system redundancies, our huge problem is ITS will randomly skip or drop files when exporting. **Recommendations to others considering ITS Dispatch:** Unless ITS fixes the accounting integration to work with products other than their own..be very careful. **What problems is ITS Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Does not integrate well with QuickBooks. ### 8.
