What do you like best about ShippyPro?

What I like best about ShippyPro is its reliability and well-designed interface. Among all the platforms I tested — including Isendu, SendCloud, and Qaplà — ShippyPro stands out for its maturity, excellent customer support, and user experience. It's clear the platform is built with professionals in mind, and it helps streamline shipping operations with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShippyPro?

The renewal cost is quite high compared to the initial pricing, which can be a drawback for smaller businesses. Additionally, the WhatsApp notification feature is limited to a single predefined template, which lacks flexibility. There’s also room for improvement in how box assignment rules are managed.
