Hi Julie, thank you for your input! It's great to hear that you are finding value in Issuu's distribution and presentation possibilities. Thank you for choosing us to upload and share your content!
Issuu was the first "flipbook" type of software I ever paid for. I used the free version for a while to get the feel of the product and then upgraded. Issuu is great for making page-turner flipbooks from static pdfs. Really easy to use. Upload and hit convert, basically. There are ways to load hotspots in the publication (so people can click and go to webpages or it opens your email etc) They also have a nice set of options when it comes to embedding the finished product afterwards (incl small videos etc). One of the features I like is adding the magazine (publications) to stacks (or groups). You can then feature those groups on a display shelf for people to see (however many you want to display) and click on. Good solid service and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As usual most of the best features are paid for. That's reasonable but they need to be a little more competitive with their pricing perhaps. Signing up for longer brings the price down (as usual). With the shelves (on the free version) the display shelf takes you to read on issuu.com. Wish it just opened on the page where you see it (they could still display adverts there too). At one stage we had some HTML that would auto update the current featured magazine on friends websites. This feature seems to have disappeared sadly. We miss it. One of the reasons we began shopping around for other options. We still use it but now on the free service option only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing - it's great! It always works, I can embed my online magazines and it has never given me a 404 error nor has it ever crashed on me while uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
