But many issues that made my experience with them poor. Instead, go see "Calaméo" an excellent alternative. **What do you dislike about Issuu?** Everything is done so that Issuu steals money from you. - No billing reminder by email. - No refund - All a process to be able to cancel your subscription. In short, even after spending hundreds of dollars at home they have no compassion and only thinks of one thing. -> You steal your money. **What problems is Issuu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brochure and flyer marketing. ### 5. Sometimes it can take a really long time to load content and you feel like the link corrupted because it just shows a blank screen. **What problems is Issuu solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am getting presentations to customers in a fresh new way. Increased viewers and easier to send files with a large file size. ### 6. The user interface and functionality are really good. **What do you dislike about Issuu?** The search features are not very functional, at times it doesn't retrieve a document or magazine that exists in its catalog, it takes several attempts sometimes. **Recommendations to others considering Issuu:** Make use of all the dashboard features, it is a good indication of how your publication is received and viewed. **What problems is Issuu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Promoting a publication through a digital reader at very low or no cost. The comparables very pricey so Issuu solved a major problem in that regard. There are many benefits with its features but the ease of uploading a magazine is one of the best. ### 9. Flatplanning has never be so easy! My favorite aspect is being able to upload files straight from Adobe Indesign. **What do you dislike about Issuu?** The collaboration unlimited package was quite expensive. Being that this is a fairly new software under Issuu, I was expecting a more reasonable price. **What problems is Issuu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Issuu Collaborate allowed us to be more productive by allowing our team to upload their collaborations quickly, rather than emailing.
