Issuu Reviews & Product Details

The possibility of accessing content at any time and place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not yet possible to include audio in publications, which would be very useful if it were implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Issuu converts your PDF file into a digital flipbook in a snap. The flipbook is interactive and has the "download" and "share" options. It is easy to embed the flipbook on your website using the embed code Issuu provides. You can see how many people engage with your publication by using the Stats feature. I also like that you can create a video or a GIF of your publication, which can then be shared on social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't find the Story or Article feature particularly helpful. It is supposed to help you create stories for Instagram or articles for the web quickly and easily, but I did not find it very intuitive to use. The stories I was able to create were not visually appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the simplicity of Issuu, it helps anyone create online version of magazines or documents at a click of a button. The system also allows users to embed rich media such as video into their publications at a click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We would be interested to look at ways in which the content in Issuu can add domain authority to our brands rather than sitting within a tailored environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ISSUU is highly intuitive and easy to use, and it has proven invaluable as a platform to help us showcase our travel magazine portfolio. Being able to create internal and external links and embed video brings the pages to life, while the option to embed publications into our website, newsletters and through fullscreen sharing has driven awareness and reads. Nothing to dislike about the platform. ISSUU constantly evolves and develops new features. Stats are great but could be more detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy and scalable way to publish a digital magazine with a lot of multimedia features. Constant product development ensures a service up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a lot ;-) Product development sometimes focuses on features that are not relevant for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost to access flip books if I am are not an organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of uploading content and the ability to sell subscriptions and copies digitally. I also enjoy the full screen feature and ability to embed into a website. We currently utilize those features on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have noted that there's an issue with the ability to view spreads of a magazine in full view on mobile devices. The viewer is only available via Issuu in the portrait orientation and does not rotate to landscape orientation. While you can view in landscape orientation on the browser, it would be nice to see that functionality in the Issuu viewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can archive our publications in one place and be available for consultation to the general public. It has a modern page layout. I can not compare to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Page query statistics are incomplete, and the direct link to the page in question is missing. It would be better with a direct link to the specific page. Page statistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Provides an engaging platform to connect with our audience, whilst allowing for embeds and repurposing of content for social media which is extremely helpful. Really friendly team that are open to new ideas and the promotion options with Issuu elite are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plans are quite expensive, would be good to reduce costs to remove adverts and to have more unlisted slots, if trying to appeal to non-profits, potentially introduce a charity partnership scheme. It was mentioned in my meeting with the team that there are ideas to move towards creating more social media content, moving Issuu into competition with widely used platforms such as Canva, who offer free premium accounts for charities. The article stories are so quick and easy and have increased our visibility. Love the way the publication looks and we have also imbedded in our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, we want to increase the interactive nature of the magazine - but readers don't tend to click the links. I don't know if it's obvious enough?? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
