In the pipeline page, if I filter a candidate using the client name or position and if I change any change in the status, it automatically redirects to the pipeline's default page means it resets the page to original state. What we expect is, it should not redirect to default page, it should stay with the same filter's we used. My biggest issue isn't with iSmartRecruit so much as the fact that along with the overwhelming advantage to cloud-based software comes the obvious downside of being dead in the water if your internet is flaky or when travelling.
