ISmartRecruit is one of the most flexible ATS out there. The layout and functionalities are very intuitive and user-friendly. The support team of ISmartRecruit is fantastic: nothing is impossible, they respond very quickly and are very creative and effective in customizing the options to your needs. We are working for 3 years with ISmartRecruit and have asked for many customizations and are very satisfied with the result. I do not have concrete points for improvement at this moment. The support team is very open to suggestions and includes them in future releases, which are quite frequent. It would be great to schedule an interview through the system where it goes straight into the interviewer's outlook calender as opposed to them receiving it as just an email and they have to click on the invite to accept. In the pipeline page, if I filter a candidate using the client name or position and if I change any change in the status, it automatically redirects to the pipeline's default page means it resets the page to original state. What we expect is, it should not redirect to default page, it should stay with the same filter's we used.
