I was able to attract active and passive candidates by using iSmartRecruit. Candidate management gets easier. My Team and I were able to hire and manage candidates easily using the talent pipeline feature in ismartrecruit. Previously the processes that used to take us days are currently taking us only a few minutes. Also, the iSmart customer support team is prompt and really helpful whenever we get stuck.
