"Flexible Sessions, Clean IPs, and Zero Wasted Bandwidth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

Integrations: Full SOCKS5 and HTTP(S) support that easily connects to anti-detect browsers (like AdsPower), scraping tools (Puppeteer/Playwright), and web frameworks.

Performance: Low blocking rates with customizable sessions—ranging from instant request rotation to long-duration sticky sessions held for up to 24 hours.

Pricing / ROI: Pay-as-you-go residential data that never expires, with no rigid monthly commitments or forced subscription resets.

Support / Onboarding: 24/7 live chat support with fast response times and step-by-step setup guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

Integrations & Network Limits: Datacenter and static ISP proxies carry a strict 100 GB traffic cap per IP per 30-day cycle, which can bottleneck heavy scraping or media streaming setups.

Pricing / ROI: High per-gigabyte rates ($7/GB) on small pay-as-you-go tiers before bulk discounts kick in, and a strict, limited refund policy once data is used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real people, real-time answers — a big step up from other company"
5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

The speed of support. When I open the live chat, the AI assistant hands me over to a real person quickly, and my request is handled right there in the same conversation, within minutes rather than days. A special shout-out to Jade and Jhasmine from the support team: patient, polite and very clear. The dashboard is also simple: every proxy, its login details and its renewal date are in one place.

I moved from Oxylabs, and the difference is night and day. With Oxylabs, everything turned into email once I got past their AI bot. When their servers had problems, I never saw an official notice on their website about the outage or when it was fixed. Every update came only by email, so I kept waiting without knowing if the problem was on my side or theirs. That was really frustrating. With IPRoyal I get answers in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

Location choice is limited in some countries. Only one city is available, so I'd love to see more regions added over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Static IP for Long Sessions, Bandwidth Is Capped"
5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

The static ISP residential proxy has kept the exact same exit IP for over a month, which is the main reason I picked it. Most residential pools rotate the exit IP on every request, and that breaks any workflow that needs a consistent identity across a long session. Setup was painless: the credentials work with standard HTTP and SOCKS5 clients, and I had it wired into my tooling within a few minutes. Throughput is reasonable for a residential service - roughly 1 MB/s on a single connection and around 5-6 MB/s with parallel connections, which is fine for automation and normal page loads. The dashboard also makes it easy to confirm the proxy details and remaining traffic without digging through documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

Two things hold it back. First, effective throughput is capped: even with many parallel connections I could not push past roughly 50 Mbps, so moving large data sets is slow, and I ended up sending bulk downloads through a different route. Second, on 2026-10-22 the proxy became completely unreachable for about a day - 100 percent packet loss, every port closed - during a maintenance window. Support confirmed it and the same IP came back afterwards, but there was no automatic failover, and from the user side no clear advance notice in the dashboard, so anything scheduled for that day simply failed silently. A status page or an email before planned maintenance would remove most of that pain, and a second proxy slot for redundancy would make the static ISP plan much safer for long-running jobs. "Flexible Bandwidth Add-Ons and Easy Dashboard Control with IPRoyal"
5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

What I like most about IPRoyal is the flexibility to purchase additional bandwidth when I need it and manage my usage from the dashboard. I also like having the option to use a US dedicated IP for my specific tasks. Being able to check my remaining traffic and order history makes it easier to keep track of my usage and spending. Overall, I find these features useful for managing my proxy needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

One downside is that the cost of additional bandwidth and dedicated IPs can add up depending on how much you use the service. I would also appreciate clearer information about traffic consumption and an easier way to estimate how long my remaining bandwidth will last. So far, I am still evaluating the service for my specific needs, and improving cost transparency and usage planning would make the experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"IPRoyal Makes Proxy Management Simple, Flexible, and Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

What I like most about IPRoyal is how simple it makes managing proxies. The dashboard is easy to understand, and setting everything up with AdsPower is pretty straightforward. I also appreciate the different proxy options and the flexibility to choose locations depending on what I need.

Another thing I really like is the pricing. Compared to some other providers, I think IPRoyal offers good value for the quality of service. Having a stable connection is important for my daily work, and the convenience of managing everything in one place makes a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

There isn't anything major that I dislike. I think the dashboard could have a few more features for organizing multiple proxies, and having more detailed information about IP quality before purchasing would be helpful. But overall, these are relatively small improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"IPRoyal: A Reliable and Convenient Proxy Solution"
5/5

What I like most about IPRoyal is its user-friendly dashboard, flexible proxy options, and convenient integration with AdsPower Browser. The interface makes it easy to manage proxy settings, while the integration helps me organize different browser profiles more efficiently.

Performance is an important factor in my online work, and I appreciate having proxy settings that I can configure according to my needs. Reliable connections help make everyday tasks more convenient. I also like the variety of proxy options, which gives me flexibility when choosing a solution for different requirements.

IPRoyal’s pricing is worth considering for users looking for flexible proxy services. The setup process is straightforward, and having the ability to manage proxy configurations through AdsPower makes my workflow more organized. Clear setup instructions and helpful customer support are also valuable when getting started or troubleshooting an issue.

I also see potential for AI-powered features to make proxy management even more efficient. These improvements could further simplify the user experience and help users manage their workflows more effectively.

Overall, I find IPRoyal convenient for managing proxy connections and integrating them with my browser workflow. I appreciate its flexibility and ease of use, and I hope to see continued improvements in performance, support, AI-powered capabilities, and available features. "Reliable IPRoyal Residential Proxies for Stable Geo-Targeted Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

IPRoyal’s residential proxy pool has been reliable for geo-targeted automation — we use it to run scheduled scripts that need to look like real traffic from specific countries (US, UAE, and others), and the IP quality holds up well for that. Once credentials and auth were configured correctly, it’s been stable for ongoing, unattended automated use, and their GEO coverage has been broad enough to support multiple campaigns across different regions without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

Getting proxy authentication set up correctly took some trial and error early on — credential formatting needed to be precise, and a password-masking bug on our own backend ended up corrupting the stored proxy password at one point, which looked like an IPRoyal auth failure until we traced it back. Verifying that GEO-targeted IPs were actually tagged correctly for less common regions also took some manual testing rather than being obvious out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Arevika Ambarcumian of IPRoyal

Hello Yogesh,

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re pleased to know our residential proxies are helping you run recurring campaigns across multiple countries.

"A good proxy service with human support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

I really liked the support agents at IPRoyal. They changed my IP address quickly and without any issues, and they didn’t charge anything extra for it. I also appreciate that the pricing is fairly affordable.

I use static proxies, and I value that during checkout I can choose a system for determining an IP’s premium status - for example, one with a good Scamalytics rating. That’s very convenient. The initial setup was easy as well: I only had to fill out a short questionnaire, and they automatically selected the right package for me to purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

I don’t really have anything negative to say - I like everything so far. I gave it a 9 just because I haven’t used it for very long yet, and I want to be sure. But at the moment, I’m happy with everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Arevika Ambarcumian of IPRoyal

"IPRoyal ISP Proxies: Reliable, Static IPs with Excellent Reputation Scores"
5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

What I like most about IPRoyal is its reliability and the size of its pool. The ISP proxies strike a good balance between residential legitimacy and data centre speed. The IPs are static, never flagged, and have excellent reputation scores, which is crucial for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

I wish the dashboard offered more advanced filtering options for ISP proxies, such as ASN filtering. Also, there’s no free trial for ISP proxies—only a paid trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Arevika Ambarcumian of IPRoyal

Hello Bernadette,

We're glad the static ISP Proxies and their reputation scores fit your marketing work so well. ASN filtering in the dashboard is a thoughtful suggestion, thank you for sharing!

"Accurate Location Targeting and Reliable Connectivity with IPRoyal"
5/5
What do you like best about IPRoyal?

What I like most about IPRoyal is its accurate location targeting and reliable connectivity. When I test a proxy for a specific city or location, IPRoyal consistently connects me to the exact location I selected. With other proxy providers, I have sometimes experienced mismatches where the IP was from a different city than the one I targeted. Another big advantage is that some websites and services that did not work properly with other proxies worked successfully with IPRoyal. This makes it a reliable and useful option for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

Overall, I am satisfied with IPRoyal and do not have any major complaints. The only minor issue I have noticed is that when selecting an IP through the server hostname option, the proxy sometimes does not work as expected. Improving consistency with this option would make the experience even better. Apart from this occasional issue, my experience with IPRoyal has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Arevika Ambarcumian of IPRoyal

Hello Mohin,

Thank you for sharing. We are glad to know the city-level targeting has been accurate for your location-specific testing.

Best regards,

The IPRoyal team
