What do you like best about IPRoyal?

IPRoyal is great for several reasons. Their static residential IPs make sending cold emails easy and effective by making sure they get delivered and don’t end up in spam. Their IPs are reliable and help avoid issues with email deliverability. The service also makes managing accounts simpler and avoids IP bans. Their pricing is reasonable, the user interface is easy to use, and their customer support is good. Plus, their wide range of locations and reliable service are big pluses. What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

What do you dislike about IPRoyal?

I've been a customer of IPRoyal for nearly a year, and my experience has consistently been frustrating. The support refuses to help unless you pay an additional 30% surcharge on top of prices that are already high compared to the market. Even after paying this extra 30%, you're often denied replacements for proxies that stop working shortly after purchase. If a proxy worked during the first 24 hours but fails afterward, you're stuck with non-functional proxies and no resolution despite having paid the surcharge.
