**What do you like best about iotium?**

The initial procedures of setting up iotium proved to be quite easy. The zero touch provisioning was very useful because I did not have to customize each machine which would have taken a lot of time when provisioning across many industrial sites.

**What do you dislike about iotium?**

I have constantly encountered connection issues where I am not able to obtain a steady status of the machines we have.  This smooth setting did not lead to adequate remote monitoring.

**What problems is iotium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IoTium is a secured connection for old and new industrial systems that was claimed to enhance the functionality of remote device monitoring. This would make it easy to detect problems with equipment and work on such problems from a distance.
