**What do you like best about Ewon?**

Optimized for use in industrial environments. Durable equipment.

**What do you dislike about Ewon?**

Not very intuitive use, difficulty in configuring it. Additional costs for excess traffic on the VPN. Need for prepayment for its use.

**What problems is Ewon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is difficult to configure and manage, making the installation of the device very complicated when using remote hands.
