While we were using some automated scanning before, Intruder is vastly more comprehensive and provides much wider scope for our needs. When considering the solution I spoke with Dan in the Intruder team who did a great job of understanding our context and needs, and showing us how Intruder may suit us. This was followed by the 14 day trial where we ran a few tests before deciding to take on a paid plan. The Intruder system is comprehensive but easy to use, and integrating it into each of our projects for testing was simple. There is a lot of documentation to help, and the web chat feature has also been good to talk through any specific queries with the team. **What do you dislike about Intruder?** It is quite early days for us and so far everything has been great. One thing I could possibly comment on is that the scan times (at least on our projects) did take a bit longer than I originally expected. We did a simple external scan on one platform and it took nearly 16 hours to complete.
