Any questions I've had have been quickly and professionally resolved by the customer service team through the chat function. Telleroo connects seamlessly with our payroll software (Payfit) completley removing the need for any manual intervention with payments (previously these were uploaded by the finance team, now they happen automatically). Heading up the HR function I am not a payroll or finance specialist, but with both these tools in place I am confident in the accuracy and efficacy of our monthly payroll payments to our team (arguably the most important payments we make). **What do you dislike about Telleroo?** We have been using Telleroo for 6 months and I am yet to find something that doesn't work well. It would be useful if we could set up international payments. **What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduced manual intervention in monthly payroll payments - Telleroo has automated a process that previously relied on a team member preparing and uploading a bank file so we are far more confident our new way of working has reduced the opportunity for human error. ### 16.
