## About Telleroo
Pay runs without the pain. Bulk payments without the bank. Faster payments without the fees. More secure payments without the stress. Telleroo de-risks bulk payments for business owners, internal finance teams, accountants and bookkeepers. You can prepare pay runs easily, then fund a ringfenced e-money account when you need to process them. It&#39;s more secure than giving business bank access to 3rd parties and far less hassle than dealing with bank mandates, bulk payment services and file uploads. When a pay run is ready, simply fund the account and payments are sent instantly or on your scheduled date. Telleroo has a two-way sync with Xero and connects with other accounting and payroll solutions such as QuickBooks, Employment Hero, Staffology, ExpenseIn, FreshPay, BuddyHR and SafeHR. You can also upload a payment file from Sage, FreeAgent or anywhere else to send payments in seconds. Give your teammates permission to create, review and approve payments, stopping the CEO bottleneck. Telleroo will alert you if bank details are updated, a new employee/supplier is added, or if a recipient name is a full match, partial match or no match to the bank account holder, giving you an extra layer of protection. You can even scan bank details from invoices to de-risk payments to new suppliers! Use Telleroo to pay UK-based vendors and employees in GBP or to convert and send international payments in USD, EUR, AUD, CAD and more! If you&#39;re a Xero user you can reconcile international payments without having to adjust the exchange rate. **What do you like best about Telleroo?**

Telleroo solves a common pain point in a clean and user-friendly way. It integrates with the main accounting software platforms, is quick and easy to set up and very intuitive to use. It's cheap enough that it's a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

There aren't any downsides that I've discovered yet.

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telleroo connects to your accounting software to allow you to process payments with the click of a mouse button, rather than having to manually enter the figures. We offer it as part of our payroll package to all clients. Clients love not having to manually enter salaries each month and the cost to us is negligible

Telleroo is very user-friendly and simple to use. It also has a great support team and solid controls for making payments.

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

Nothing specific comes to mind at the moment. The team is always open to suggestions whenever they arise, and they’re receptive to feedback as and when it comes up.

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telleroo helps us, as an accountancy firm, make payments for clients without the hassle of having to go through the difficulty of getting access to their main banking system.

**What do you like best about Telleroo?**

Without a doubt, Telleroo is the only payment platform we've come across that so effortlessly solves the problem of making large-scale payment runs without involving direct access to the bank account. I love how it integrates very nicely with Xero, allowing for seamless payment runs and cutting down a significant amount of time on reconciliations. The ability to link with Xero and pay suppliers with a click of a button stands out for me. It's so straightforward to use and very essential to running the finance side of our business.

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

The multifactor authentication at every stage is a little bit frustrating.

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telleroo streamlines large-scale payment runs, eliminates tedious bank reconciliations, and integrates seamlessly with Xero, saving time and ensuring security.

**What do you like best about Telleroo?**

The sheer amount of time it saves us. It turns hundreds of payments into just a few clicks and is instrumental in our business, as well as our clients.

The team are so friendly and responsive and the user interface makes the whole process seamless.

I've used Telleroo for years and would (and frequently do) recommend them to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

Nothing, any small issues we come across are always dealt with quickly and efficiently by the amazing team at Telleroo.

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients want us to pay staff and suppliers, and Telleroo allows us to do this in the easiest way possible.

Some clients pay hundreds of employees, and suppliers, every month and a process which would take a week if done manually, takes 30 minutes.

The customer service is really good, they are quick to respond and understand the queries really quickly. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and value their feedback. The platform is easy to use, and easy to explain to our clients

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

There isn't really anything we don't like about Telleroo

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our larger customers it is working really well for their month end payments, we can reconcile them much easier and it saves the clients so much time with the single payment rather than multiple. It also prevents mistakes as it checks all the bank account details for us :)

Easy  interface, great livetime support. Quick payments process with reduced time spent on admin

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

Unfortunately, it doesn’t link directly with Quick-books, but it’s a relatively simple CSV upload to get around this.

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to speed up the payroll process, removes the potential for error in payments and stops the need to set up individual payments for each staff member saving time all round

The interface could do with some tweeks, plus the option of 'direct debit' for client accounts (although this is on its way I believe)

**What do you like best about Telleroo?**

Using Telleroo in conjunction with Xero is completely effortless. Whether that is for the payment of bills or payroll (Xero Payroll with its own button to bring in data).  I also integrate with Iris Staffology payroll very easily.  Saves a lot of time and avoids errors when taking data from one place to another.  There is also a high degree of control over when payments are scheduled to be made.  What’s not to like?

I am struggling to think of anything really.

Saving time and eliminating the risk of payment errors

Great efficient system, I literally had a few hours to set it up and put in place a payment system for the client and this worked like a dream - the support was amazing :)

None that I have found - it works well for us

We can upload our monthly payroll info for board approval and the payments are then generated automatically on the chosen date.  This gives us a secure platform to use and avoids time and effort keying the data in each month

Enhancements for bureau reporting/controls could be better but what's currently available does suffice.

Faster Payments is allowing us most payroll processing time vs traditional BACS (3 days) so pressure is taken off tight payroll timelines.

It is incredibly efficient and transparent. It makes setting up and managing payments very simple and easy. If there is ever an issue or you have a question then their support team are timely and thorough in their responses.

Nothing. Whenever we have a question, their support function will sort in a timely manner

It solves the issue of human error in manually setting up payments

After a poor experience with a previous provider, security was my absolute priority when searching for a payment platform to handle payroll for my clients. As an accountant, my reputation is directly tied to the recommendations I make - so getting this right wasn't optional.

Customer Service and Communication are very good. The system is user friendly and our payroll runs are paid on time every month.
Telleroo will highlight any possible discrepancies for approval prior to payment - double check
We are very happy with the service provided

First payroll run had a few hiccups but were resolved fairly quickly.

The reason we moved to Telleroo was cost, For us it was a massive difference. I wasn't expecting much but I can honestly say they have been outstanding

**What do you like best about Telleroo?**

Telleroo is intuitive, user friendly and incredibly easy to use. Any questions I've had have been quickly and professionally resolved by the customer service team through the chat function. Telleroo connects seamlessly with our payroll software (Payfit) completley removing the need for any manual intervention with payments (previously these were uploaded by the finance team, now they happen automatically). Heading up the HR function I am not a payroll or finance specialist, but with both these tools in place I am confident in the accuracy and efficacy of our monthly payroll payments to our team (arguably the most important payments we make).

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

We have been using Telleroo for 6 months and I am yet to find something that doesn't work well. It would be useful if we could set up international payments.

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced manual intervention in monthly payroll payments - Telleroo has automated a process that previously relied on a team member preparing and uploading a bank file so we are far more confident our new way of working has reduced the opportunity for human error.

I find the integrations with payfit and expensify incredibly useful - at the click of a single button Payfit sends all our payroll and expense data to Telleroo for payment.

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

It would be great if they add USD payment rails (to add to EUR and GBP).

Bulk payments of payroll and employee expense reimbursements

The ability to send single payroll batch for to client for them to authorise once. Saves client time on making multiple payments to employees and peace of mind that figures are corrct.

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

The requirment of unique email IDs was a downside for clients with multiple companies, however, this has now been fixed.

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and correct payment of payroll for clients. Ability to provide a virtual finance function, without the need for direct client bank access.

Does not pick up an amended payroll unless it is completely deleted and redone in Xero.   not a great issue as can import a manual file

The best feature of Telleroo is the back office.  It's straightforward to understand and navigate around.  The support is excellent, and all staff are accommodating and knowledgeable.

There is nothing I dislike about Telleroo.

Telleroo is saving us valuable time setting up individual BACS payments for our weekly payroll, allowing us to spend more productive time in other areas.

As it stands and after using the service since 2020, there isn't much that I don't like about Telleroo

They are enabling us to provide a service to our customers that we wouldn't be able to otherwise which is both increasing our revenue and our customer satisfaction

We love the integration with Xero for supplier payment runs. It has radically reduced the time to process payments.

**What do you dislike about Telleroo?**

They have not yet launched FOREX...but it is coming!!

**What problems is Telleroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has removed the need for us as a firm to access client's bank accounts and saves our clients time when paying staff or suppliers.
