**What do you like best about Intrro?**

We've been using Intrro for a few months now, and I'm pleased with how easy it was to connect my LinkedIn account and identify which candidates were most relevant to the current job postings. It's also handy when a candidate contacts me first on LinkedIn expressing interest in the position, and I know exactly how and where to notify the recruiting team. Folks in my network have successfully landed interviews as a result of using Intrro. All in all, it's been effortless to use, and I would highly recommend it to any team looking to add efficiency to their recruiting process.

**What do you dislike about Intrro?**

Not necessarily a dislike, but a feature I think would give Intrro an edge in recruitment is the ability to use AI to help draft a convincing introduction to prospective candidates, detailing the open role, and reasons why we think the candidate should apply.

**What problems is Intrro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Intrro, it wasn't entirely clear how best to communicate with the recruiting team and make an introduction. Using Intrro, I can now quickly notify the recruiting team that a candidate in my network is interested in the position, allowing us to capture interested prospects before the competition scoops them up.

**What do you like best about Intrro?**

Intrro made it pretty seamless to find all the talented folks in our employees' networks. 

They completed signup in two minutes, marked all the great people they knew, and within a matter of minutes, we started sending warm introductions to top-quality candidates. 

This has been a complete gamechanger to hire great people way faster, and removed a lot of the manual followup work needed to get employees to actually make introductions.

**What do you dislike about Intrro?**

When we first signed up several months ago, there wasn't a super robust way for us to self-help. 

Their team quickly got us through a few smaller blockers, and since then, they've made their onboarding process a lot more seamless so it's pretty much completely automated.

**What problems is Intrro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's super hard to find truly exceptional people in any talent market. But there is one shortcut - and that's by having your existing employees refer the great folks they know. 

The problem is that it's a very manual process (and isn't super effective) without a tool like Intrro to automate it all. 

Using Intrro has allowed us to quickly scale up our team with exceptional people who are highly interested in joining our company.

It's incredibly easy to use – especially when there a multitude of other things to juggle in the hiring process, Intrro really simplifies and streamlines the referrals process for anybody involved.

**What do you dislike about Intrro?**

Honestly can't think of any aspects I dislike about Intrro

**What problems is Intrro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's taken the manual, time-consuming, energy-draining tasks that we'd have to do otherwise and made everything about discovering/driving referrals (and connecting with them) monumentally more manageable/easier.

**What do you like best about Intrro?**

Love how seamless it is to scrape across your employees' network quickly, identify potential referrals, and automate email introductions.

**What do you dislike about Intrro?**

Rapid improvements have been made to the platform, and the Intrro team is fantastic at receiving feedback. I would still love to see the ability to create custom email templates used during the email intro flow with referrals that show case our company and culture.

**What problems is Intrro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Receiving, identifying and encouraging employees to submit referrals. This has allowed us to easily 3x the number of referrals we used to obtain before implementing Intrro.

Super easy to use for the entire team, the slick design, and how quickly it generates solid candidate leads of very high quality.

**What do you dislike about Intrro?**

It's a great product, at present I can't fault it.

**What problems is Intrro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its making referrals within the business much easier, we don't have to constantly ask our teams who they know and the software automates nearly the entire process. We're finding referred candidates just seem to fit our culture and values so much better too.

The Intrro team is making fast improvements to the product and integrating slack or other tricks to make it easier for everyone (not only recruiters) to have great candidates.

**What do you dislike about Intrro?**

Usability on previous *not current* version could be improved by giving more tips and reminders

**What problems is Intrro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

more qualified candidates and access to a wider pipeline of candidates.
