**What do you like best about Interviewer Assistant?**

I love have the ability to give the candidates the ability to select their own time, change it if they needed to, and cancel without having to make a phone call. Using this site has streamlined our process, and given us a much higher level of candidate satisfaction and attendance at interviews. We interview over 200 people at once, so this has been wonderful for us.

**What do you dislike about Interviewer Assistant?**

Over all the site is easy to use and understand. I don't have any serious complaints about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Interviewer Assistant:**

This platform is easy to use, and affordable. When we first considered using something like this for interview scheduling we weren't sure if it was worth the investment, but since using Interviewer Assistant I never want to have to manually schedule 200 people again. 

**What problems is Interviewer Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to commit time to schedule 200+ people has cleaned up a large amount of time and reduced the cost associated with our hiring processes. In addition we have seen an increase in candidates attending their interviews when they are able to schedule and reschedule themselves without having to make phone calls.

In addition to limiting staff time dedicated to scheduling, using Interviewer assistant has enabled us to give all candidates an equal selection of interview times instead of limiting the last ones on the list to be called to what is left.
