Interviewer.ai stands out as one of the the most effective recruitment tools I've ever utilized. This application offers a high-quality platform for video interviews, making interview scheduling and participation exceptionally straightforward. Limited analytics information regarding visitors to the overall career page, and specific job pages. It would be helpful to know which pages are receiving more views.

It saves the company time in terms of scheduling interviews with potential candidates, and also allows for a more automated pre-screening process. The platform also helps to filter candidates that are genuinely interested in the role, which results in a higher quality talent pool.

**What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?**

Saving time especially with candidates that you would normally pass on. It acts as a filter. It also reduces the amount of spray and pray applicants who just send there CV's to everyone without regard to the job description. This is because it takes much more effort to apply. 

I like that you get a real sense of a candidate before you interview them. You can also interview a large amount of candidates. Lastly another benefit is that it acts as a repository. I dont need to save candidates details. They are all on interviewer.AI

**What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?**

The navigation is sometimes not intuitive. I would like to attach a job description.

The rating system doesn't seem to work. It gives people a 50% or 60% professionalism rating regardless so I don't put much weight on that.

**What problems is Interviewer.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving a filtering problem. It filters out candidates who shouldn't apply and then allows me to meet candidates without meeting them. In short it saves time.

**What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?**

I like how the prospective candidates are able to express themselves verbally, and this gives us a great insight into how they present themselves on camera, especially since in our organisation, we hire a lot of remote workers - so lots of online coordination and communication is needed. Interview.ai has provided us a resourceful and fast way to qualify our candidates before putting them through the F2F process. It also helps us get the surface-level questions out of the way so that the F2F interview process can get deeper, faster.

**What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?**

I do not like that the interviewers only get a short amount of time to answer. But it's not a strong dislike. The other stronger dislike, but not crucial, is how the qualifying scored attributed to the candidate is quite inaccurate. But the quality of the video presentation is a better gauge than those arbitrary metrics.

**What problems is Interviewer.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces a lot of HR manpower and saves time in finding the right candidate quickly. It also help us to review more candidates at once, instead of relying on paperwork that may not be as revealing as seeing someone present themselves in video format.

Interviewer.ai has a great user interface that is easy to navigate and quick to setup. Zapier integration is available to set notifications and add new candidates to your ideal candidate tracking system. Very happy with Interviewer.ai; it saves a lot of time and produces high-quality output. In addition, the information is well formatted to quickly determine which candidates are the best fit for each role.

Nothing at the moment, it is a complete solution.

Recruiting and talent attraction. Reducing time spent on interviewing candidates that are not a fit for the given role.

**What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?**

I have been using interviewer.ai as a hiring platform for my business for a few months now and I find it to be an amazing tool. It has helped me hire better employees, with the pre-screening feature, and has saved me a ton of time interviewing potential candidates. It's so user-friendly and it really helps me be more productive. It's so great to be able to weed out unqualified candidates before investing in live interviews. Not to mention, it works seamlessly with all of our other HR systems and helps us achieve our goals faster than ever!

There are basically no downsides worth mentioning ;)

Interviewer.ai is a company that just makes sense in this day and age. With the invention of the internet, hiring has become a much more complicated process. The interviewee can be anywhere in the world and you will never know what kind of background they have. Interviewer AI takes all these factors into account and automatically pre-screens people for your business before you even consider investing your time in them.

I haven't seen any alternative of Interviewer.AI. It helped to get the right candidates instead of getting hundreds of resume who even has no interest for this post. Online written and video recording features are awesome

UI/IX needs to be improved so that users can use it very easily

**What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?**

AI powered evaluation and UI are good. Can still be improved but in general it is at industry standard and it is very powerful and quick also in candidate experience.

**What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?**

Sometime videoscoring rendering is a bit slow and I hope it can be improved. The team could be a bit more generous with job slots. Also in the future, we expect some integrations eventually (LI, other ATSs, Social Media, etc.).

**Recommendations to others considering Interviewer.AI:**

Check the account type you need and that you get and especially: expressly ask if you need Whitelabel solutions.

**What problems is Interviewer.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage to save up time in showcasing and present candidates. The AI scoring is a very interesting feature but not the only one and the Workmap job fit assessments are also a valuable part of the product.

Saves time when trying to hire someone. But has its issues

There is no edit function. You can create questions, but can't edit them. When you try to edit an interview, it erases everything. Really looks like an amateur development team. Support also does not care that these issues exist.

It does save time and saves us from asking the same question over and over again to different people.

Of course, the feature to interview candidate by video and not only that. They have automatic assessment so we don't need to watch all the video

It seems like some of elements is not necessary, and moreover, I still need to watch several videos which wasting my time

I'ts best for pre-screening the candidates. We send the interview link to all the applicants and then they get to record a short video interview using this tool. It's much better than text based internview.

**What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?**

There is nothing to dislike. If I have to pick any area of improvement, that would be the user interface. It can be little better. Navigation can be little better too.

Interviewer.ai has saved a lot of time for us. It becomes easy to shortlist the candidates based on their video. We get to know about their soft-skills too while seeing them talk.

**What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?**

We saved a tremendous amount of time by using Interviewer.ai in our recruiting and applicant tracking process. The Pre-Interview Video was very valuable to give all qualified candidates an opportunity to interview and be evaluated with a practical lens focused on their skills, experience, capabilities and presence relevant to the position.  This tool also helps to narrow the candidate pool to candidates that are serious, committed to the interview process and able to function with technology and virtual environments.

**What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?**

We are early adopters of this product, so while our plan did not include all features, those features were still visible/accessible on our account, causing confusion with if the feature was working properly or not available under our plan (i.e. Shortlist, Keep In View, Reject (with rejection notes) to manage candidates). Also at the time of deployment, a help center and guides were not developed for quick ease of access and resolution of questions/how to, but our account manager was very responsive.

We are solving the problem of the time consuming process of applicant screening through resumes only, phone and face-to-face interviews.

**What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?**

Here are the pros:

1. You save a minimum one hour’s time with preliminary phone interviews and interview scoring
2. You can provide a video interview to everyone since the machine does the scoring for you and takes no time at all from your end
3. Candidates love using this tool! They don’t have to stress about interview prep, missing appointments, or not presenting their best. This tool allows them to do each interview over in the way they want to present themselves best. 
4. Interviews are difficult. Many times, you don’t get the full information without reviewing session recordings. This app eliminates the need for review. It prints transcript answers of all video questions. And catches subtle things that a human may miss.

**What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?**

1. Trying to figure out where to spend all my extra saved time.
2. No white-labeling options

We tried Interviewer AI for our recruiting needs and found the use of the platform very intuitive.

Working with Sunny has been an easy swift experience and we have hired our first colleague in far Argentina through the use of their tools.

Good start of the platform and interesting of how to take it to the next level.

**What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?**

1. Support was very responsive. I wrote on a Sunday afternoon in the chat on their website and they replied immediately and offered a call for the next day. The call was perfect and clarified quickly all my doubts

2. Reactive to feedback. Had some issues with the initial sign up and asked for some changes in the product – again very responsive support and fixed the issue quickly

3. Offer AI integrated with video interviews. That's exactly what I was looking for to automate recruiting. There are still not that many variables in the automatic AI feedback provided but those already present are quite good

**What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?**

I had some issues with the initial login. However, they have been quick in fixing it. 

I am also not a fan of the UX which I think could be improved quite a bit, although it is still functional

Increase recruiting speed and offer additional services for coaching and training

I believe the one-way video interview is a very smart way to save time. Besides that, the platform offers AI integrated variables to screen candidates even before looking at the video. These two functions can streamline recruiting and make the overall process faster and more efficient

I've really liked the interface. It is so easy to use and I never have any issues with it. 

I love this software because, It is easy to use, and I feel like It can do some automation without the HR. The Video Interviewing concept is some what interesting and ofcourse it has to be implemented in a great way.  The Team has done the best in it.
