**What do you like best about Duet?**

What I like best is the support I receive from the team. I am sure I have what I need to understand the portal and its benefits. Compared to the rest this is more accessible and beneficial due to the effort of the team to make it better.

**What do you dislike about Duet?**

What I don't like is more a technical issue. The program cannot untag a label yet. I believe this will help increase the appeal of the system making it a point of differentiation from the rest.

**Recommendations to others considering Duet:**

I will recommend first understanding the goal of what you're trying to achieve, voicing them out to the team of Duet and seeing the best option for you with them. They are very supportive and have an incredible team that wants to make the decision journey more easily.

**What problems is Duet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For now, I have solved the problem of time lost. At the beginning of this project, I had a hard time finding the best benefit; however, now I can see how this program will help increase the time spend tagging and increase the time analyzing the data.

**What do you like best about Duet?**

Duet is like a game -- it takes something as technical and mundane as building a machine learning model and makes it fun to challenge yourself -- to think like the computer and to understand your data. The purpose of Duet (allowing non-expert users to build models) is not something that is supported by anything else on the market. It is a unique project that's fun and easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Duet?**

With any tool that empowers a non-technical audience to make technical contributions, there is a learning curve.

**What problems is Duet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duet is useful for any large corpus of text data. The employees of a business who may try to report on this data have a new tool in their toolbelt to understand their data (e.g., product reviews, customer service tickets, etc). Your office neighbor can build a model and create a slide deck to present on the data, without outsourcing to a black box data science contractor.
