**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

I like the way that IntelAgree is organized. It helps us keep track of the contracts, and I'm able to organize and create questions to help facilitate the review of the contract. It helps me get a sense of what kind of contract it is and the appropriate lawyer to review the contract. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

Reassigning contracts to another attorney is difficult. If I accept a contract assignment and later realize it should go to another attorney, it still appears in my queue even after reassigning it. It should disappear from my queue once assigned to someone else.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IntelAgree helps us track contracts, budgets, and organize contracts by business type and major players involved. It facilitates contract review by allowing us to organize and create questions to identify the type of contract and the appropriate lawyer for review.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

What I like best about IntelAgree is how effectively it supports legal teams in managing contracts with greater control, visibility, and consistency. The centralized contract repository, combined with advanced search allows legal users to quickly locate agreements, clauses, and key terms, which provides critical for risk assessment, audits and internal inquiries. The approval functionality is particularly valuable from a legal perspective. Ensuring that proper approvals are obtained creates accountability across stakeholders, while also enabling the business to move efficiently through review and execution.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

While IntelAgree is a strong CLM, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the legal team's experience. Some advanced features and configurations require a learning curve, particularly for users who are new to CLM systems, or who only interact with the platform occasionally. Additional in-platform guidance for occasional users would help accelerate adoption. At time, the user interface can feel dense when working with heavily negotiated agreements. Streamlining how information is displayed, especially for clause comparisons and contract summaries, could further improve efficiency during review. Overall, these are manageable challenges and IntelAgree continues to evolve and adopt their user's feedback.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using the platform, contracts were often stored across shared drives and email, making it difficult to locate agreements, track versions, and monitor key terms and dates. IntelAgree consolidates all contracts into a single repository with searchable attributes, which significantly improves visibility and reduces time spent searching for documents. Standardized templates ensure that approved legal language is consistently used and that deviations are easy to identify. IntelAgree has also solved the problem of missed deadlines and reactive contract management. Automated tracking of renewals, expiration dates, and key obligations allows the legal team to proactively manage contracts rather than respond after an issue arises.

I really appreciate IntelAgree’s customer service and responsiveness—they’ve been consistently helpful whenever questions come up. The dashboard and queue features are also very user-friendly, making it easy to see where agreements stand at a glance. I like the level of customization available, especially around risk fields and workflows, which gives us flexibility to align with our team’s processes.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

The main challenge is that IntelAgree doesn’t fully align with how our playbooks are structured, which can make implementation less seamless. It also doesn’t automatically track version updates within the document nomenclature, which adds manual work. Additionally, it would be helpful to have built-in email templates for common communication scenarios to streamline outreach and follow-up.

IntelAgree helps address inefficiencies in our contract review and management process. **What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

I like that it is very easy to create workflows and the systems is not overly complex. The systems is easy to setup and the Implementation was smooth.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

The downsides are not being able to have unlimited users. Being in an organization where there are constant changes in management it is easier to have a program that is accessible by the entire organization. We would rather pay for the product and not be restricted to users. I also dislike that when sending agreements the counterparties are unbale to Deny or Approve like internal approvers. The goal is eliminate the back and forth via email and I believe that there could be improvement in this area. Another aspect that I dislike is in the approval functionality. If an approver rejects an agreement, it is not very easy to restart the process as you have to rescind approvals and work around the system.

IntelAgree is solving routing issues and the amount of time it was taking to execute agreements. This is also solving compliance issues so that agreements are approved by legal.

Having one platform for the complete contract life cycle. The AI aspect with Saige assist. Onboarding was helpful as well.

I feel like it does take a while to fully understand the system and how AI can assist. Training the system to recognize the contract language can be time consuming. Also time consuming to go through and verify the attributes.

Does what it's supposed to. Consistent at reading the attributes on uploaded contracts so there isn't a ton of manual data entry.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

With support for complex processes comes complexity. It is sometimes a struggle to determine the best way to configure the software for your use case. For example, the approval process can get complicated. Intelagree support is good about assisting when you ask for help, however.

Tracking contracts and other mission critical documents that have expiration dates such as licenses and permits.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

One of the most useful features of IntelAgree is the versions comparison tool. It is very intuitive and gives effective breakdowns of the changes between documents. I'm also impressed by the attributes functionality, which allow for effective categorization and makes searching for documents easy.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

We have had some issues with the formatting of different templates. We have also had some issues with signature requests to outside parties being intercepted by email security measures.

No highlighting function (yet). 
When I put in project ID with decimal point in Attribute (e.g. 12345.12), but I search by project ID without the digits after the decimal point (e.g. 12345), the project does not come up.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different people used to save their documents in their own little shadow system and others couldn't find files. With IntelAgree, all files related to the project, such as NDA, TA, prime and sub contracts, consulting agreements, clinical site agreements, etc. are all in the same database.

The customer service and support teams at IntelAgree are the best! They have been super quick to respond to any and all issues or questions that come up for me and my team. I also appreciate how IntelAgree would listen to customer feedback and continuously roll out with useful updates to the platform.

Sometimes setting up parts of the system is not intuitive, but the training videos and communications with support teams have assisted us immensely.

Very user friendly and easy to customize. It integrated well with our other platforms. Customer support is responsive and great to work with. Implementation was easy. There are a number of features that make my life so much easier since I use IntelAgree  constantly.

I have to constantly log back in, it times me out too quickly. It would be nice if you could stay logged in.

AI searching and AI based attribute collection are very accurate and reduce the time it takes to read contracts and analyze against our standard clauses.  Implementation was a challenge (but then what CLM isn't). Our legal department uses IntelAgree daily.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

Hard to get end user buy in to the product.  When you have multiple search pages and you edit a search, the system always bounces you back to the first page.  Frustrating and wastes our time.

What I like best about the IntelAgree is how simple it has made our contract process. Having a central place for all of our agreements has been a game-changer for organization and accessibility. I also really appreciate how customizable the platform is--it adapts well to our specific needs and workflows.

Some aspects of administration in IntelAgree can be complicated. Template creation and the approval set up, in particular can be a bit cumbersome at times.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

It helps me to keep track of all contracts including its approvals, review stage, versions, attachments as well as manage the contracts after signing. It is much more convenient, efficient and reliable in comparison to the usual emails where there may be various threads in respect to one contract, and versions may be lost in communication, and it is difficult to follow up or manage after signing.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

There are a lot of restrictions that cannot be changed in order to fit our business model. For example, the submission of multiple contracts at once. Many times our contracts come with various schedules and annexes that require signing as well. It is also confusing for so many documents to be uploaded onto different requests when they are meant to be together with the main contract. Even if they do not require signing, after review, we usually upload the attachments back into the same section which may be confusing for users when they are unable to identify which version should be downloaded. These issues may put people off from using the application as they find it more of a hassle.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It not only helps to manage the inflow of contracts, but also provide numbers and statistics that give us a better insight to the business such as the number contract conversions from NDAs to attaining a business, the number of contracts in each region, contracts that contribute to retainer hours. This is especially important for our role overseeing all contracts in APAC as previously it was easier for us to overlook contracts that were not directed to us or to manage records of contracts on top of our workload.

The look and design of the platform is clean and pleasant. The implementation team was wonderful: helpful, patient, knowledgeable. You do not need to code to configure the users, contract types, notifications, organizations, etc. The dashboard cards are helpful. I use the system constantly and the company adoption has been high.

I wish it had legal project management features, like a team calendar or the ability to manage non-contract related legal tasks.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

I think what has been the shining star here is the IntelAgree staff and support that helped us work through our various internal processes since our contracts are different depending on the market changes in staffing healthcare.  Even prior to the pandemic our business moves fast with the changes, but during the pandemic, it was ever busier and we had to be nimble in our contract efforts. IntelAgree worked alongside us to help navigate the landscape to tailor our needs to the challenges we faced. IntelAgree provided our team with responsiveness and understanding throughout our onboarding. The ability of the software to recognize the items we need to track is useful not only to the Contracts/Legal team for compliance and tracking but to other teams that also use this information to make business decisions. IntelAgree continues to partner with our growing company needs and the various platforms we are implementing. IntelAgree goes above and beyond for the customer in our partnership and fluctuating needs when we have changes, adding brands, and the changing landscape in healthcare. I am impressed with thier "can do" attitude and the way they listen to thier costomer's needs.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

I feel the problem mostly lies with how our Company needed to change according to the needs of the market and as such, we have had to re-process many of the Attributes on our side.  IntelAgree has done as much as they could to retrain our new Attributes and assist in every way possible.  In addition, since we are not an out-of-the-box customer, our needs were challenging and IntelAgree continues to support our need for variances. To mitigate this gap IA has held many training opportunites for our various staff and departments for the users to gain a better understanding and allow for universal use.

**Recommendations to others considering IntelAgree:**

When thinking about a Contract Lifecycle Tool, think about how tracking stakeholder approvals is beneficial and what growth you may expect from your company, and if your tool can grow with you. Is finding specific critical contract terminology important to you? Would you like a tool that tracks those details for you, effortlessly. It takes a bit to get set up as you discover exactly what your specific company needs may be, and this piece may change, but once that is achieved the tracking is managed for you. Again, the IntelAgree support team is one of the best vendors I have ever worked with on a project!

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we were serveral brands under one umbrella we used to piecemeal items for review and approval to stakeholders via email and had no ability to confine or store the chain of compliance in one place for reporting. This is a tool that captures all of the business decisions along with the contract for future reference and review. The contracts team has been able to search for information speedily and link stakeholders to the actual verbiage or agreement. Part of what IA is offering is the ability to have multiple brands on one platform and meet the needs of each brand.

I havn't come accross a template/partial template puzzle that wasn't able to be solved yet, and our contracts are elaborate.  Also, custom support is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

The company has a handful of things they'd wish to be implmented and it would be nice if there was some way to get those going faster.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company has a lot of employment aggreements come through, if we didn't have IA a lawyer would have to draft all of these complicated agreements themselves.  They have elaborate bonus/compensation structures and through smart forms and partial template logic we are able to output a contract exactly as a recruiter sees fit.

For parties with large numbers of documents, it's difficult to sort through all of them in IntelAgree without exporting them to Excel. Also, without a built-in spell check function, typos in the document's title can easily throw off the search results.

I'm able to send documents for digitial signatures and then the parties receive the fully executed copies.  I have less administrative work because I'm not exchaning partially signed copies with the other party.

IntelAgree helped our company move from a manual and cumbersome contract process to a fully automated process and cloud-managed system.  By using IntelAgree, we are now able to house all our contracts in one place, and better track contract statuses and progress, while also integrating IntelAgree with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn, to bring visibility to our sales staff.  The best part of IntelAgree is the integration, and that it's powered by AI, unlocking analytics and insights that we were never able to track before.

The only thing you will have to prepare for when moving to IntelAgree is a new process, and working through the kinks that come with adopting a new procedure.  With that said, there is nothing we dislike about IntelAgree.

If you're company is a Bullhorn user, and you are currently deciding if you should choose IntelAgree as your contract management system, look no further!  Our users love the ease of the system and the fact that they can access everything in Bullhorn or by logging into IntelAgree directly.  

The implementation of the system is not easy if you're coming from a manual process like we did, but the IntelAgree implementation team makes it as seamless as possible.   Post-Implementation, they've continued to do an excellent job supporting us, and we look forward to continuing to partner with them.

Before IntelAgree, we housed our contracts locally.  The system we had in place did not allow us to view or access contracts easily, nor did we have a streamlined process for signing contracts.  The process was manual and cumbersome.  IntelAgree has completely flipped the switch for us.  All our staff can now access and manage their contracts in one centralized location as needed.  Most importantly, our process is now streamlined from contract creation, to redlining, to signing since we can do it all directly through IntelAgree.

The user experience is made easier with intuitive elements for more reliable contract management. The implementation team is attentive and responsible, and the onboarding went smoothly.  We regularly utilize the contract wizard functionality to ensure that our contracts don't have conflicting language and incorporate all necessary.  The integration with Microsoft Word makes comparing, editing and redlining easy.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

There are some limitations on customization.  Elements like colors and menus and locations of different access points are static.  The system needs some additional functionality like derivative document capabilities.  In other words, the ability to create custom document templates easily from existing contracts is lacking.  There's no easy way to manually send a reminder "link" to clients to sign their contracts.

The simple parts of implementation went very well, e.g., getting up and running with basic functionality and contract management.  We now have a reliable contract repository where all stakeholders can access critical information more easily.

In November 2020, we began our working relationship with IntelAgree. We had previously used DocuSign and Adobe and were moving away from those tools for our client contracts due to price & function.  We wanted a clean and efficient tool that would represent us well to our clients and prospects. IntelAgree is an easy to use tool for all users involved. Their contract wizard simplifies the process for the sender keeping things standardized and running smooth. In addition, the implementation process was a breeze with the high level of customer care that we received. Special shout outs are in order for Cory & Evan, identifying our needs and answers all our many questions. Also Mercedes was a cornerstone in the implementation process, working with us on every steps and ensuring we had the setup needed to support our internal team. We were on a tight timeline and they adjusted and worked with us, modifying the process to fit our needs. Lastly, the support crew Natalia, Jennifer, Matthew... just WOW.. they answer all our crazy questions and never make us feel bad for asking multiple times. Their training was incredible but like you, we've got a lot to jungle. I couldn't recommend this team more... and the tool is pretty fabulous as well. The AI behind the scenes that helps keep contracts up to date and organized... just ask for a demo. You won't be sorry. I personally have experience with DocuSign, Adobe/Echosign among others and would put my money on IntelAgree any day of the week.

The "problem" we are solving with IntelAgree is getting digital signatures on documents. More specifically we get signatures or feedback from clients on service letters and agreements. Working through the red-line process and getting all the approvals from the right people. The benefits are numerous, mainly the streamlined process that you build based on your workflows and the professional appearance of the documents to the clients/signers.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

Some of the best features are around the process automation the platform can bring to contracts management.  It not only makes it easier to review contract language but to also go back and search the contract repository.  The plugin with MS Word is extremely helpful as well since that is commonly the platform used to facilitate redlining with client.  Plus the ability to house templates in the system is incredibly helpful to users who have to generate contracts.  Significant reduction in time spent putting a contract together.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

One gap we ran into is we had hoped to use the platform for internal contracts but our internal users cannot use their logins as both a standard user (one that creates, approves, or signs contracts) as well as a signee.  Note that this is not the core intention of the platform but it was identified as another area where maybe the platform could help.  The team suggested a workaround trying to think outside the box but it didn't line up with how we had hoped it might work.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our contracts process was extremely manual and cumbersome.  Bringing the process into IntelAgree has reduced the time it takes to review a contract, has made the redlining process more efficient, and brought the ability to search & find keywords, segments, or paragraphs more easily.  It also solved a problem we had with our offer letter process.  That was done manually with the exchange between users being done via email.  IntelAgree allowed the creation of templates making it much easier to create the offer letter and get it out the door for signature.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

I like the ability to create base contracts in just a few minutes on my form without having to search prior deals to find the best match, as well as an easy way to insert my form language into any contract.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

It can take some time to realize what options you need in a template contract so it works for the variety of deals you may come across, but it is worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering IntelAgree:**

It will take time to set up the system, as you have weekly meetings with IntelAgree and you have to pick the contracts you want to set up as templates and work with them on the questions, etc. to get them how you would like them.  We picked a time where I do not have as many larger deals.  In addition, it helps to have a good IT person to integrate with your system.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the only attorney in my company, with no assistant and no paralegal, so it is helping me easily create repetitive type documents without errors, and it helps me analyze current contracts.  This gives me more time to work on complex documents and strategies.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

The ability to create internal workflows has really helped our business. It allows us to put protections in place and make sure we are agreeing to terms that make sense for our business. The analytics features that we were not able to have before. Also the ability to give access to all employees and not have to pay per seat/head. This helps give our internal team full visibility and transparency.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

the process when setting up new templates, not being able to configure agreements on the fly, not being able to update our own user records fully. The fact that signers can't populate their own information when a creator drops a text box in an agreement.

Great if you are looking for an option that provides great structure and approval capabilities.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our agreement send out process has improved dramatically. The accuracy of the the agreements we are sending out has improved, thus decreasing the amount of time our staff spends on completing paperwork. We have changed the legal review process internally and because of Intelagree, this has been an easy transition for all. Thanks to workflows we are now able to work with internal and external counsel much easier.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

the tracking of contracts is great, I like the accountability and being able to give sales people updates on where a contract is at in an instant. I like having the full record of any versions that have passed back and forth

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

I wish that assigning an approval wasn't tied to the gateway between a signable contract and contract not ready for signatures. We use approvals internally as a way to assign a review between members of the contract department, and we have to reject every approval. If I submit my review of a client contract to our CFO for his approval, even if he approves of my version and approves it as ready to go to the client, he has to reject the approval I assigned to him. Which can be confusing for the sales person/creator of the contract when it's "approved" but we rejected the approval. It would be nice to have the ability to submit reviews internally and not be tied to "approving for signature".

**Recommendations to others considering IntelAgree:**

You need to invest in resources to ensure the success of the rollout, implementation and training afterwards. It can be overwhelming for any one person to handle all of the above; administrator, trainer, developer, on top of additional roles they may play in the finished product.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a central repository accessible to all team members for any executed contracts, we are able to collaborate on contracts reviews by having a central place of communication. Clients that are willing to use our means of signing are e-signing on IntelAgree. If the client allows us to sign in our own manner, our signers sign in IntelAgree. If client's are adamant about us signing via their method, our signers are having to sign on the client's DocuSign, etc. It is a security measure for us to have all templates locked down. No contracts are signed unless they are drafted from IntelAgree from our templates, or imported into IntelAgree as client paper.

**What do you like best about IntelAgree?**

Provides a central repository for our contracts and it has helped us insert and streamline process with our sales teams while improving the customer experience. The tools with redlining are particularly helpful and have helped us reduce time spent on redlines, while the flagging of attributes has helped us reduce risk.

**What do you dislike about IntelAgree?**

The way it's designed doesn't easily replace some docusign functionality (one-off envelope for signature for instance).
The implementation took longer than anticipated. The team has been very open and appreciative to feedback to add in additional project management structure and best practices.

**What problems is IntelAgree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacing decentralized manual processes across several tools and systems. Thus far, we have been able to realize these benefits (2 months in) and are continuing to work on best practices as we learn the system and how it interacts with our systems.
