As an Intelagree Admin, it’s been great building contract templates that are easy for the team to use without needing me for troubleshooting or training. Even when new contracts are created, the team is familiar enough with the system to generate the new material, apply signatures, assign approvals, and handle the rest of the process.

The most helpful part of IntelAgree is having a centralized contract repository and workflow tool that gives our team better visibility into contract status, key terms, renewal dates, and supporting documentation. It helps reduce reliance on scattered emails, spreadsheets, and local files, which is especially important when multiple teams are involved in contract review and vendor management.
