**What do you like best about Intel DevCloud for the Edge?**

Intel DevCloud for the Edge is best because it lets you quickly test and optimize AI models on real Intel hardware (CPUs, GPUs, VPUs) without buying any devices, using ready-made tools like OpenVINO in a simple cloud environment.

**What do you dislike about Intel DevCloud for the Edge?**

It has limited session time, restricted software/hardware access, requires internet, and can be slow during peak usage.

**What problems is Intel DevCloud for the Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of needing expensive hardware and complex setup by giving you ready-to-use Intel edge devices in the cloud, benefiting you with faster, cheaper, and easier AI testing and learning.

  ### 2. N.A

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Intel DevCloud for the Edge?**

Intel DevCloud for the Edge provides access to hardware remotely, also the sofware provides the user with a pre-configured environments and large amount of resources. What makes the software suitable to both experienced developers and to those new to edge AI.

**What do you dislike about Intel DevCloud for the Edge?**

The only negative point that I can think of is Latency in Remote Access, as it’s a cloud-based platform, there might be some latency when running tests on remote devices, especially when compared to on-premise hardware.

**What problems is Intel DevCloud for the Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me specifically, the most advantage I see when using IDCE is the cloud scalability where the platform allows me to scale testing and prototyping accross my company, so I can get all useful feedback and apply it before lauching.

  ### 3. Development and deployment using Intel DevCloud

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyush R. | Independent Contractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Intel DevCloud for the Edge?**

This tool allows developers to test their applications on a simulated edge computing environment. This environment includes different edge devices and configurations so developers can test their applications on various hardware and software. This helps developers ensure that their applications work properly on real-edge devices.

**What do you dislike about Intel DevCloud for the Edge?**

Limited storage space. The DevCloud for Edge only offers 200 GB of storage space. This may not be enough for developers who want to store large amounts of data, such as images or videos.

**What problems is Intel DevCloud for the Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can remotely access the DevCloud environment using a web-based interface or command-line interface (CLI). This allows me to work on my projects from anywhere, eliminating the need for local hardware resources
