Recognize the need for digital materials for Facilitators and Learners. As an example, the desktop reference guide is fantastic. All concepts in a single source. However, it is only in print form. Sales Representatives are not carrying around tons of paper items anymore and neither are facilitators. It has been explained that it is a matter of protecting IP, however, other vendors provide all materials in digital format and it is helpful for facilitators and learners. We need to take the time to develop skills, motivations, and gratitude within our team. It is not always about the work product itself, but how we get it done. The same aspect that I like best, I also like the least. It does take time - to do it correctly. And we are not always afforded the time depending on workload. Look with an open mind. You may not connect with the reasoning at first, but give it a chance. You and your employees will grow much more than you expect. Two of my team members have gone through the training and WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT! They are both much more in tune with G-VAL-HI now that they have learned even more through the sessions. The coaching sessions helped with my soft skills - something that through my years of leadership, I never really developed. I was always work hard, get the job done and there was no time for anything personal. This helped me realize how important the personal side of things really is. They have an amazing group of people who will support you through the initial building of learning paths out all the way through sustainment and continuous coaching and reinforcement. I've seen a lot of sales/coaching/service training out there. It's all the same, but Integrity taps into the things that actually move the needle in an uncomplicated and sustainable way.
