I had almost decided not to automate anything, but I stumbled upon Integrately by chance. I saw that I just had to mention the apps I needed—in my case, SureCart and Brevo—and Integrately creates the bridge between them instantly. It's so much more intuitive than the competition. The support was also amazing and helped me fix everything in minutes. I highly recommend it. The customer support is truly incredible. Even though the app is easy to use, I had a very specific requirement that needed expert help, and I got it in no time. They stayed with me until everything worked perfectly. Like on many international platforms, some automatic translations can be a bit confusing and make certain features harder to understand. It can be based on a Date & Time parameter. **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** The combination of business tools that we used at Beyond Enough, were not available with most of the other platforms. 1st Problem: All our consumer lead data was segregated (sources of capture). We had to bring together the entire data into a CRM & CDP. Integrately has their own CRM (companyhub), which is what we started using first and later we got introduced to Integrately. 2nd Problem: Capture as much Lead Data possible (parameters) 3rd Problem: Based on the parameters, design an architecture for Outbound-Marketing. I do worry about its longevity compared to more established iPaaS solutions, but right now it meets my modest small business needs affordably with a price tier that works for me. **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving timekeeping from my preferred platform (Toggl) to my CMS/PMS. I dealt with 3 different tech support operators over the course of the trial period all of whom were extremley patient and guided me through setting up a number of automations to streamline my business operations. When I got lost there input was invaluble.
