**What do you like best about Intch, Inc.?**

Nothing. The promise was to connect to fractional roles.  I browsed around but there were no contacts or jobs to connect with.

**What do you dislike about Intch, Inc.?**

They are devoid of communication. I explored the site, but had no idea I was signed up for a subscription. I never received a single email telling me I had subscribed to anything, and never one billing notice - not even the first month. I discovered it on my credit card months later.  I told Intch customer support they could check the activity on my account and see that I had not touched that service, but they refused to even look. 
I have not received a single email communication from them from day one, no billing alert no status update nothing.
It was impossible to find anywhere on the portal to "self cancel" -- it doesn't exist.  I searched for 15 min and finally found the terms of service to find a link buried in the middle to an email address -- this is is unthinkable in 2026.

**What problems is Intch, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intch is not solving any problems, I found no useful no contacts or network, so I logged out and never went back.
