"Insycle Keeps Our CRMs Duplicate-Free with Powerful Automations and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

Insycle helped us significantly reduce the share of duplicates in our CRM, even in some complex cases. We use two CRM systems in the company, and the matches are often similar but not exactly the same. They offer a lot of features that let you tackle even the most difficult duplicate situations.

Thanks to the automations and recipes, we’ve been able to keep our CRM systems clean even after the active deduplication phase was over.

They also have one of the best customer success teams I’ve ever met. All of our CSMs have always been very nice and consistently do their best to help us solve our issues, no matter how complex they are.

UI is easy to understand, Hubspot and Salesforce Integrations work perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

There’s nothing I dislike about it. I do have a few suggestions for minor improvements that could make the UX a bit smoother, and I always share those with our CSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cleaning Up Years of Messy HubSpot Data Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

What I like best is the bulk deduplication, cleaning up hundreds of duplicate contacts and companies in HubSpot at once instead of merging them one by one.

I also like the Formatting standardization feature for fixing inconsistent data like phones numbers, addresses, etc.

The preview step before changes push back to HubSpot helps me know that I'm on the right track without committing major changes to the database without a safety net.

The HubSpot integration itself works great, like a natural extension of the CRM rather than a bolted-on tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

The biggest downside for me has been the learning curve. Once you get the hang of it, the powerful features are awesome, but it's not immediately intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent onboarding and duplicate merging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

First of all their onboarding and support is really good - I can't think of another platform that has provided this level of 1st level support knowledge. I also like the results. Merging HubSpot and Salesforce duplicates to keep our lists clean is very valuable. The interface is easy enough to navigate although I'd like it to be a little more compact to reduce scrolling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

The worst thing is actually integral to its purpose. It does not support fuzzy matching of names such as Bill and William, Robert and Bob... And although I like the interface, it's a bit spread out and doesn't necessarily put all of the filtering info in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable HubSpot Deduplication with Transparent Checks and Manual Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

Insycle does what it says. Once you understand the UI the deduplication logic is sound and the checks via exported csv file mean that nothing is being performed that you don't understand the reasoning behind. You always have a chance for manual review before actioning. I have never run into an issue when connected to HubSpot that I couldn't trace back to direct user error and uncover how to do it correctly the next time. No merge loops that go unexplained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

The UI is terribly designed. And the delay when adding new custom fields to HubSpot and having them show up in Insycle to use as part of deduplication logic causes a painful lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Both the product and support team are great! Highly recommend"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

One of the biggest challenges I've faced in years of working in sales operations and analytics is data hygiene (duplicates, formatting, consistency, etc). I wish I would have found Insycle sooner. From getting our data into a uniform structure to deduplicating contacts and leads, Insycle is our go-to for all things hygiene-related. Furthermore, their support team is a huge asset to our team with office hours and 1:1 meeting to review our platform and consistent use cases, we feel very supported by their team. What do you dislike about Insycle?

No downsides to note. All of our experiences with the product and team have been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Excellent Performance, and Great Value with Proactive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

Their suite of products is easy to use and straightforward to set up. In addition, the modules fit our use cases around data management and hygiene across all the systems it integrates with (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Performance is excellent, and I can easily track it through the out-of-the-box weekly reports available in the platform. Their multi-year pricing provides good value for the product and the ROI from its usage. Our AE was instrumental during onboarding and the initial setup, and is consistently proactive about monitoring our usage and overall satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

For now, nothing comes to mind about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Merge/Association Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

The customizations for merges and complex associations. It let's me cut through the noise generated by HubSpot's in-app deduplication tool and find our duplicates while also having the ability to exclude certain records from merging.

The associations tool really helps us with our complicated records that we cannot merge nor delete due to a backend sync. It lets us associate them as old records to the current record but also set properties to keep the old records out of the reps' pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

It's clunky and complicated to learn. It takes a good CSM to really help you get the most out of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decent data management system, but a Clunky UI"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

It helps me resolve a lot of data inconsistencies. There are plenty of templates that can clean up a database or detect potential issues. There filters work really well - you can find the right one for almost any task Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

The UI is extremely clunky and far from intuitive. I absolutely can't use Insycle on its own, I talk to chat GPT to help me figure out the right setup and steps in Insylcle, then I test its suggestions.

Other tools have really helpful copilots, but Insycle is stuck in early 2000th - from the interface to the AI assistance, it's really basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insycle Recipes Save Us Hours with Automated Data Cleanup"
5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

What I like best about Insycle is the Recipes feature. Being able to chain multiple templates together into a single, automated sequence—like formatting names, removing duplicates, and standardizing fields all at once—saves our team hours of manual spreadsheet work every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

While Insycle is a powerful tool, there’s a steep learning curve at the beginning. The interface can feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features, configuration options, and settings available. It takes time—and some trial and error—before you feel confident creating custom rules without worrying about accidentally impacting live data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Above and Beyond Data Manipulation Capabilities"
5/5
What do you like best about Insycle?

Focusing more on the usage of Insycle with HubSpot it makes managing data in HubSpot way easier than with the in-house tools HubSpot provides. Some of the features Insycle has are available in HubSpot but they're a paid feature that costs hundreds of dollars more than Insycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

As with any third party tool connected to your CRM the biggest downside is not being able to use Insycle directly within HubSpot (other than integration within the workflow tool). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
