
I liked the "Broker Login to Healthcare.gov" feature the best. Being able to access applications without the client having to remember their username/password was very convenient for everyone involved. Many of our team members found the quoting tools useful - specifically the comparison option that would generate a PDF to give to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Steep learning curve for new agents. I had a few people mess up applications through INSX because it is not intuitive how to proceed with the application at some points in the process. We also disliked the pricing model, which is why we ended up leaving. At first we had a monthly subscription but then we changed to a "per application" model - but I will say that an outside factor in our feelings about the pricing is that the carriers in our state cut out commissions on the only products we were selling through INSXCloud, so we really ended up losing money on it - and could only use it as a convenience tool.
