**What do you like best about INSXCloud?**

I liked the "Broker Login to Healthcare.gov" feature the best. Being able to access applications without the client having to remember their username/password was very convenient for everyone involved. Many of our team members found the quoting tools useful - specifically the comparison option that would generate a PDF to give to the client. 

**What do you dislike about INSXCloud?**

Steep learning curve for new agents. I had a few people mess up applications through INSX because it is not intuitive how to proceed with the application at some points in the process. We also disliked the pricing model, which is why we ended up leaving. At first we had a monthly subscription but then we changed to a "per application" model - but I will say that an outside factor in our feelings about the pricing is that the carriers in our state cut out commissions on the only products we were selling through INSXCloud, so we really ended up losing money on it - and could only use it as a convenience tool. 

**Recommendations to others considering INSXCloud:**

If you are a broker making commissions off of products you sell through INSXCloud, it is a useful tool that can save you time and frustration. 

**What problems is INSXCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We saved time and were able to help more clients with INSXCloud than we would have without a platform to help with health insurance enrollments.

Easy to use, keeps client info all in one place, interfaces well with healthcare.gov.

**What do you dislike about INSXCloud?**

Nothing- works just as it should.  No changes needed.

Wonderful product!

**What problems is INSXCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to easily enroll clients in health insurance.
