Instinctive Solutions goes above and beyond and has provided us with much-needed strategic guidance - our annual Innovation Index Awards is an important event in the year for us and due to their involvement and guidance in promoting this initiative it had been a huge success. **What do you like best about Instinctive Solutions?** Friendly, and fun to work with - but also highly professional and experienced. **What do you dislike about Instinctive Solutions?** Nothing that I can think of right now..... **Recommendations to others considering Instinctive Solutions:** If you are a software or services firm in the enterprise software industry I would recommend you chat with them. They are experts in the space. **What problems is Instinctive Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a smaller analyst firm, it's important that we differentiate ourselves and get our message across to a big audience. Gartner, IDC, and Forrester dominate the analyst world. Our very different approach, focus on innovation and open doors and enjoyable to work with attitude is real but it can be hard to be heard above the noise.
