**What do you like best about Instill?**

I am a scientific advisor for Instill and have been actively working on their culture study for over a year.  They are redefining what it means to codify and architect company culture.  The findings from the study have been astounding and I can't wait to see the value that will be created through the product for the Instill customers

**What do you dislike about Instill?**

I love Instill and I love the team.  I am so excited to see what they do

**What do you like best about Instill?**

Building company culture is such an amorphous task, how does one begin? Is it just pizza parties and hope everyone is aligned?  I've found it incredibly hard to define let alone take practical steps towards building.  Here's a tool that affords a more active role in such a difficult effort.

**What do you dislike about Instill?**

I can't think of anything, I'll have to come back to this.

Ensuring that people are performing at their best.
