Recently they got out of a hefty monthly bill and no use software/tablet system and the features InstaDispatch has such as billing & Invoicing, Delivery Tracking, Mobile Access, and additional management features was what we were looking for. **What do you dislike about InstaDispatch?** At the time of use they only had an app for Android and we mostly had Iphone users and tablets if they had a compatible app for Apple I think it would be great. **What problems is InstaDispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It kept the warehouse and corporate office connected. All the information is recorded in a space where anyone needing to view it can access it and quickly go back to view past information as the company grows. I recently read that they integrated with Quickbooks. I shared the news with my old company to notify them to take a look since they use Quickbooks regularly and are unhappy with the dispatching software they purchased after the InstaDispatch demo ended.
