In my previous job, we tested multiple software including ones where you needed to purchase their "tablets" and they were horrible, inaccurate, and signal was an issue. Recently they got out of a hefty monthly bill and no use software/tablet system and the features InstaDispatch has such as billing & Invoicing, Delivery Tracking, Mobile Access, and additional management features was what we were looking for. At the time of use they only had an app for Android and we mostly had Iphone users and tablets if they had a compatible app for Apple I think it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is that it adapts very well to the banking and finance industry, as well as law firms, very easy to use.

What I don't like is the languages ​​it comes in, since businesses currently cross borders with the use of the Internet, so it would be ideal for it to be multilingual, that is, to speak different languages.

The thing which I found most useful in instaDispatch is that, it provides lot of usefull and must needed features. Some of which are milage tracking, customer billing & invoicing, motor pool daily rentals, tool tracking and meny more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are few things where I feel there is some scope of improvement, some of which would be that the software is only available in english language which by default excludes it from non English speaking nations & another thing is it only provides supports via emails where as it's compititors provides way more then just e-mails. The best part about Insta-Dispatch is that it has almost all automated processes, making it very easy to use. We can set up rules for allocating work to different drivers for deliveries. Insta-Dispatch covers almost all the needs to track assigning, optimizing and delivering parcels, thus helping users immensely; there is nothing to dislike, just one suggestion if they can readily have all the carriers available, we need to mail them regarding adding any carrier.
