In my previous job, we tested multiple software including ones where you needed to purchase their "tablets" and they were horrible, inaccurate, and signal was an issue. There are few things where I feel there is some scope of improvement, some of which would be that the software is only available in English language which by default excludes it from non-English speaking nations & another thing is it only provides support via emails whereas its competitors provide way more than just e-mails.
