There are a lot of features in Inspire, and it takes time to learn them all. That said, the features truly benefit me and my team once you get into them. The depth is worth the ramp. Since writing my original review, the in-depth AI integration has made Inspire even so useful for planning and staying on track with my goals. This helps break bigger objectives into manageable next steps, it identifies priorities that may need more attention, and makes it easier to adjust plans as things change. I’ve also found that the AI feature is helpful when it comes time to writing performance reviews. Being able to pull together accomplishments and summarize progress makes the process much less overwhelming for me. It is especially helpful my role, where a lot of the work is ongoing, technical, and not always easy to capture at the end of the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Inspire? Inspire supports conversations various places in the app from one on one to individual goals to newsfeed. There doesn't appear to be a place where all conversations can be reviewed. I think that would be a helpful feature but overall doesn't takeaway from the overall productivity I get from using it. In an operational role within my company, I must jump into unexpected projects and tasks on short notice. Juggling multiple projects can get messy fast if not organized well. This software encourages me to customize the tool specifically to my needs. I use Inspire for my professional and personal life. It is an easy way to keep track of the things I need to do and the things I should be doing. I use Inspire every day, sometimes multiple times a day. It is easy to use and helps me keep monitor my progress on projects. In my personal life I've implemented the Objectives and Plan features. In my professional life I use the 1-1, Performance, and Learning features. It was easy to integrate into my daily, weekly, and monthly work cycles. It is nice to be able to see what my team is doing with a couple clicks. Finally, the AI features that have been added to the product are a great improvement.
