The implementation is accelerated by the already built-in reporting and input template packs that are IFRS compliant. The user experience is also quite remarkable thus far. **What do you dislike about JustPerform?** JustPerform features are quite satisfactory no dislikes as of now. **What problems is JustPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?** JustPerform provides a flexible cloud-based platform which enable us to migrate the consolidation of different regions from excel-based to system and cloud-based but still remain large of the key presentation and reporting that we require. Plus further improve the efficiency of processes and streamline the financial performance review. ### 2. We could easily collate the data from different entities and standardise them for consolidation thanks to JustPerform’s easy data collection and automated data processing. **What do you dislike about JustPerform?** All the current features are good. I have not come across any problems as yet. **What problems is JustPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The finance team had a very difficult time collating the relevant financial data from the multiple databases/source systems used by different entities worldwide. JustPerfom has the ability to integrate with multiple data sources and seamlessly import the data into one platform. It was a flexible product and many of our finicky requirements met. Performance was satisfactory even when dealing with high number of rows. With minimal training, I see much potentials in the product. **What do you dislike about JustPerform?** The training materials and product documentations could see further refinement. It will improve the performance of your team while giving you time to focused on your own priorities. **What do you dislike about JustPerform?** Its does take a while to learn and also to adopt the culture of performance management. However, it is something you will have to go through anyways regarding the tool your are using. Perfromance Management is something that I personaly dont like because it is tedious. but this platform defintly makes it easier. **Recommendations to others considering JustPerform:** It will take a while for teams to adpot it and create a culture of performance management; you can use alternative methods and dynamics to do so that do not necesarily improve the understanding of the platform but promote the buy in. Another recommendation is to actually use it, dont create the rutine but make data-driven decisions with the information provided **What problems is JustPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly performance management and monitoring, SAP Timesheet can be very tricky if you do not use the right tool, alocation problems when you dont know in whic proyects or iniatives are employees focus on. At the end its a matter of information and data-driven decisions.
